  • You will love this property. It was charming and had all the amenities of home.

    5 of 5

We enjoyed the charm of the penthouse on Grove Street in Prescott. This property is newly remodeled, immaculate, well tended to and is conveniently located in downtown Prescott. It offers a ready to cook-in kitchen, parking, patio and gas grille and all the comforts of home. Amy is the perfect host, she is so accommodating and checks in but doesn't hover. We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to rent in Prescott. Thanks Amy for the your hospitality, we will be back.

  • Great kitchen and front room

    5 of 5

We hiked of a morning and spent a lot of time in this comfortable house. Cooked more meals than we planned because the kitchen is so nice. Good places to set up a computer and get a little work done. The bed is exceptionally high. We had to dive onto it. You might find this an adventure! Owner and management are all very nice. I believe if you find anything lacking, they will take care of it immediately.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed the penthouse suite! Bed was very comfortable.

    5 of 5

The penthouse suite was very comfortable! The kitchen was very well stocked. Surprised to see spices in the cupboard and some condiments in the frig. And we were very happy to see the Keurig and Kcups! There were paper products supplied as well as laundry soap, etc. Amy made it very easy; all we had to do was unpack our clothes! There was also a welcome basket waiting for us! Highly recommend staying at the Penthouse!

  • Perfect place to stay in Prescott

    5 of 5

We were in Prescott looking to rent a house and stayed here for two weeks. We loved the "Penthouse" the minute we walked in. The pictures are very accurate, it is a cozy suite, well maintained, clean and very comfortable. It was well stocked with kitchen equipment if you are planning to cook in house rather than always go to restaurants. We had friends over one night who were also in town and sat in the nice enclosed paved courtyard and had our wine while enjoying the lovely weather. There is a nice grill that we used several times during our stay. We loved the location, just a quick walk to the square to go to restaurants and the shops. Amy was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would go back here in a heartbeat and would highly recommend the place.

  • Very comfy and convenient

    5 of 5

Far more comfortable than any hotel! I'm staying in the 1st floor apartment for a temp job and my family was coming in for the weekend. Not only were we able to rent the upstairs beautiful penthouse so my parents had room to relax, they have set up the most comfortable inflatable bed for my grandpa (and previously my brother & his wife) as well as supplying extra towels. Any supplies including a variety of coffee are well stocked. & great location walking distance from downtown Prescott restaurants and shops!!! I would recommend these apartments over any local hotel or other temp apartments that I have seen here!

A true home away from home for us over Thanksgiving weekend. Private location a short walk from the square. provided all amenities for a comfortable vacation. Classic decor and truly a homey feel. Will definitely be returning.

  • Nice stay in Prescott

    5 of 5

I stayed at the Grove Penthouse Suite for a month during our transition to Prescott, and I highly recommend it for both short or long-term stays. Amy was such a kind and accommodating host who really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and help me get settled into my new life in Prescott. The apartment appears to be recently renovated and looks just as lovely in person as it does in the pictures. It is spacious, clean and appointed with nice quality, comfortable furniture and accompanying finishes/touches. The bed was particularly comfortable, and there were plenty of plush towels in the bathroom. Our own parking spot , washer/dryer in unit, a computer desk with reliable WiFi, and a large TV was a huge plus. The apartment is set back from the main road, behind Amy's business, so it is relatively quiet. The location is also just a few minutes walk from the town square. We have nothing negative to say about our month-long stay, and can't recommend it enough.

  • Comfort, Charm and Convenience in the Arizona high desert

    5 of 5

For 2 weeks, Amy's Prescott, AZ, apartment was home base for my husband and me while we explored the town and surrounding territory, doing day-trips in all directions. This apartment was a most welcoming home to come back to each evening! Everything was chosen with comfort and convenience in mind. We were surprised to find that Amy supplies tons of "consumable" items like plastic wrap, aluminum foil, paper towels, dish detergent, baggies, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, cotton balls, etc., etc. In our experience, it's very unusual to find so many of these kinds of products provided in a vacation rental. You walk in and feel like someone has already done the shopping for you. Some extra pluses are a private entrance; a dedicated parking space, steps from your door; the biggest hi-def smart TV you'll ever see in a rental; a cushy sectional sofa with lots of pillows and throws; a desk/office nook with more electrical outlets than you could possibly have devices for and drawers full of handy doodads like paper clips, scotch tape, etc. Any negatives? Well, I guess if a dishwasher is essential to your happiness (it's not to ours), then you might want to stay elsewhere. The town of Prescott is charming in its own right, with good restaurants, some shops and galleries, and a couple interesting museums and a very visitor-friendly library that welcomes short-term members at no charge. Downtown Prescott is a short walk from this apartment. We are in our 70's and we easily walked everywhere we wanted to go in town. Drive a few miles and there's any kind of shopping you'd want and more than you'll need. A big plus about Prescott is its location--lots of interesting things to do and see within a 1- to 2-hour drive, or less. And since Prescott is a mile high, it's considerably cooler in mid-summer than places that are an hour away. In other words, Prescott is a good central location for exploring Sedona, Flagstaff, Phoenix, Jerome, the Grand Canyon, and lots more! Because Amy operates her CPA business out of the building just in front of this apartment (literally across the patio), she is usually "right next door" if you have questions or requests. But whether physically on premises or not, Amy is always available via text or phone and responds pronto to any inquiry.

  • Beautiful, private, and cozy apartment.

    5 of 5

We stayed for two weeks while we searched for real estate in Prescott. The apartment was perfect! It is on a quiet street, yet within easy walking distance of downtown. It is very nicely furnished and well equipped with a full kitchen and super comfortable king size bed. There is even a laundry in the unit. The hosts have added special touches including a welcome basket, nice toiletries, cozy blankets to curl up in, and lots of big fluffy towels. Amy and Nancy were readily available whenever we had questions, and they even suggested real estate agents, restaurants and things for us to do while we were in town. My daughter stayed with us for part of the time, and the hosts went out of there way to make her feel comfortable and welcome as well. We hope to stay here again when we come back to Prescott, and we definitely recommend it to anyone traveling in the area.
