  • Nice place. Great if you have dogs.

    4 of 5

Nice and quiet. Just north of town but easy to get anywhere. The bed was a little squeeze and not the best nights sleep, but it was very well equipped with everything you will need.

  • Very peaceful, quiet and great for my pup.

    5 of 5

Was a nice cozy guest house that was perfect for me and my dog. Very peaceful, safe and lovely desert setting. Great walks in the neighborhood. Perfect for somebody wanting to decompress and relax. Dave and Marva were very accomodating.

  • Wonderful desert casita!

    5 of 5

We enjoyed our Christmas at this quiet, secluded casita. Great views of the desert surroundings and mountains. Plenty of local attractions to experience including the Winterhaven Festival of Lights. The weather was outstanding, with temperatures in the 70's and it would have been nice to have a pair of lounge chairs to soak up the sun on the spacious courtyard. The rates are very reasonable and David and Marva are responsive great to work with.

  • Cute, comfortable Casita

    5 of 5

As a single female traveling with my dog I was very happy with my 3 month stay. Located in a private community, secluded with incredible views yet close to shopping. Would definitely book again if I visit Tucson again. Marva and David always responded to any questions quickly and were easy to work with. Thanks for a lovely winter retreat.

  • Overall we had a great time. The weather was great our hosts went all to accommodate our two puppies

    4 of 5

The mountains were beautiful and everything we needed was there and ready for us. Our hosts were very friendly and gregarious. I really enjoyed the private patio and back yard. It was great to have a laundry room and their was plenty of storage space. We were only a few miles from everything and anything but it felt like we were in a very quiet and secluded area in the Cactus forest and mountains. The views were stunning. I'd give it four stars. I wished the bed was a King. That was the only drawback for us. A full time maid would be great too. :)

  • Great place to stay in the Tucson burbs

    4 of 5

What a comfortable, private place to stay! Clean. Easily kept warm or cool depending on the day to night temperature changes. Accessible to grocery, gas, department, electronic stores and variety of eating places. Enclosed sunny patio to relax. Hard not to track some dust from the outside to the inside living room carpet. Owners always available by phone. Not intrusive. Would not hesitate to recommend. Hope to return next year. Hated to leave and travel on to western Az.

  • A nice get-away!

    5 of 5

The property is beautiful with lots of Saguaro all over the property. It was quiet place that made you feel surrounded by the desert, and yet you are not far grocery stores and bike paths. The covered patio on the east side of the casita was wonderful. We ate all of our meals out there. We read books out there as a nice breeze blew the fragrance of the orange tree right next to us. We enjoyed hiking the Saguaro National Park-East. The owner was very cordial and offered to help us with anything we needed.
