This house is great. Everything you need is there. Exceptionally clean. Jan is great to deal with. And the pool area..... Well let's just say I had a hard time coming home. Would recommend to anybody looking to stay in the Mesa area.

We had a wonderful time. The home is fully equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable bed in the master. And then there was the back yard paradise. The pool was outstanding! The surrounding area with the painted mural to cozy up the brick wall added to the ambience of the space. The location was near the 202 and was convenient to get anywhere. We loved the home and you will too. Thanks Jan.

This house is one of the finest I´ve rented for a vacation. It was the perfect getaway and Jan made sure it was clean and well-stocked with necessary items for us to start out with. This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and made for many relaxing evenings around the pool. We would go back there in a heartbeat for another vacation stay. Another added bonus is the heated pool which was great on those chilly March evenings.

We had a great first experience with renting a VRBO home. Our host was wonderful and walked us through the process step by step so we knew what to expect. The home was beautiful and comfortable and our family enjoyed all of the wonderful amenities. We look forward to staying here again!

Our stay here was beyond expectations! The house is comfortable and was well stocked with kitchen supplies, quality towels for shower and pool and quality linens. It was so clean there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. The pool was perfect! Clean, warm and relaxing. As other reviews mention the murel is really nice making it a relaxing poolside experience along with well done landscaping, sun chairs and umbrellas. The two car garage was a bonus, with AZ sun I was glad to have the car indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kids enjoyed the playground across the street which was usually empty. We will stay here again if possible and plan to recommend this to friends and family for their Mesa vacation! Jan was great to work with, smooth reservation, no issues getting into the place on arrival and convenient check out.

Our house was wonderful! Jan is great to work with! Any questions were answered immediately! The house had beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped with anything you need! All rooms decorated tastefully! The heated pool and yard were a restful and fun place to hang out! Right off expressways with ease to get around! On a scale of 1-10 we would rate this a 20!

This summer was the first time we used homeaway.com. We were very impressed with this home which was very clean, comfortable, good location for us (just a short distance from our mother), and we cannot say anything bad about it. Thank you so very much. Would definitely stay there again. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood too. The cactus were in bloom and saw cute little quail roaming the area. The owner was good to work with, very responsive, and kind.

We were amazed by the painting on the brick wall behind the pool! It is more lifelike than pictures can show and makes a vacation even more relaxing. The home has a beach theme throughout, which was perfect! This whole property shows a real pride of ownership! Thank you, Jan!

The home is located in an area that is close to the places we were visiting. The owner followed up with me to ensure that everything was ok, and if I had any questions. I travel to Phoenix several times throughout the year. I would definitely plan on staying here again.

We stayed in this home while we visited our two adult daughters and their families for Christmas. It is convenient to the freeway, easy to get around the Mesa area. And it was so nice to have somewhere to retreat to after the crazy holidays! It was very clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes. We felt safe and enjoyed our time here. I hope we can come again!

What a wonderful home. It's location is great. Right next to the freeway. But far enough away you don't hear it. A quick ten minute drive and everything is at your fingertips. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The poolside is private and quiet. And a very nice neighborhood. My daughter and I traveled to Arizona from Alaska for surgery and this home was the most amazing place to heal. This location has the best sunset views. I will definitely be a return customer.

Jan was so easy to work with from the very beginning, and she followed through on everything she said. There were no surprises. The house was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We loved the decor--both inside and out. Most of all we loved the pool and the beautiful seascape painting on the back wall. Overall, our experience was well beyond expectation. We highly recommend this place!

My husband and I rented this house for 5 weeks and we really enjoyed our time at this location. We received very helpful information before our arrival and the welcoming staples were appreciated, it help us settled in. The house is nicely decorated, the back yard is very private, the area is quite, the kitchen is very well equipped for a rental property and the furniture is very comfortable. We had some friends visit and they were impressed and envious of our rental property. From this location it is easy to access a main highway which makes getting around easy and quick. We enjoyed golfing, biking, hiking in the area and of course the heated pool. We would not hesitate to return to this home away!

We spent many days of heaven at this lovely home. It was everything the owner advertised through VRBO. The home was both well equipped & maintained. The pool was great...heated as promised . We were close to the many amenities Mesa has to offer & the owner was very attentive to any questions we had. We are already planning our return visit for next year!!

My boyfriend and I with another couple were looking to get away for a few days. When we first arrived there was nachos, cold beer, and poolside toys awaiting us. The home was spotless, and she was very welcoming, all the amenities were there for cooking our own food. And she even told us about the area and where we could go shopping and out to eat. Overall very friendly and helpful host and an amazing spot for a getaway! Will definetly be back :).

Beware!!!!!! Do not trust this listing! My family and I rent houses all over the world - twice a year in Mesa alone. My sister and I went out for my grandmothers 100th birthday party being held at a nearby park. Unfortunately, I ended up with Pneumonia so my sister tried to jump in and help with everything and this owner picked everything apart. I have been very fortunate previously where the owners have always been terrific to work with. From the beginning there was nothing but drama with this owner. The garbage cans were full at the park so surplus trash from the birthday party was put in the garbage can at the rental. We were accused of having a part at the rental? Three rolls of toilet paper from the garage? A friend left dog vitamins on the counter so we were accused of having a pet? A niece spilled her sippy cup so we were accused of dog urine on the floor? This was the strangest experience we have ever had renting a house. To make matters worse this owner refused to reimburse ANY of our deposit. My family has always been very respectful and careful when we rent houses and have fantastic review on all sites. If you are looking for honest, drama free vacation this is not your place.
