Reviewed on May 07, 2019
We liked the convenience of being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The outdoor patio was wonderful but do feel like the room could have used some minor repairs and could have been a little cleaner. Floors had some debris when we arrived. The bed was clean and comfortable, so overall would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Wonderful location and great views. I actually spent time sitting on the veranda, reading and enjoying the scenery. My husband and I had plenty of room for the two of us, but I wish we would have had a washer/dryer possibility. Easy access to the room itself and would use it again.

 5.0   -   Final four finish
Reviewed on Apr 09, 2019
We were to check into our suite on Saturday and were given the OK to check in early so we could watch the first game of the Final Four NCAA championships (U VA fans). When we realized the TV wasn't working properly, the property manager drove over right away and got everything on track....right before tip-off. We appreciated her assistance and willingness to make our stay perfect....which it was. The suite was very comfortable, the bathroom extraordinary, the reserved parking place appreciated during a busy Sedona tourist time, the patio spacious and inviting, the linens and amenities, e.g., shampoo, soaps, all high quality. This is a first class place with excellent management.

The location was perfect. Just a block to the center of uptown. Parking off street was a breeze, and the door was up the outside stairs and around the corner. The outdoor sitting area was beautiful, with mountains on two sides. The room itself was clean and well maintained, and very comfortable. The fridge was large enough, and the coffee maker was supplied and clean. Well stocked kitchen utensils and a microwave were convenient. We highly recommend this property, and we would stay there again.

Reviewed on Apr 01, 2019
Loved this location while in Sedona. Busy time and everyone was looking for a place to pay and park. We were close enough that we walked to shops, restaurants, and jeep tour. Comfy bed, lots of amenities, great place to sit outside and view the beautiful scenery. Only negative was the small fridge that does not make ice. We like to fill our drink containers with ice not an option here.

The Room Upstairs is comfortable, clean, the location is perfect and the owner has provided everything you need for your stay. Sedona´s red rocks are beyond beautiful. We would also highly recommend the Pump House restaurant for dinner and the Wildflower Bread Company for breakfast.

The room was everything that was advertised. We walked 2 blocks to the main business district of Sedona where we shopped, ate, took photos and strolled. The property was very easy to find near the intersection of Highways 89A and 179. We were lucky to find accommodations that rival 4-5 star hotel rooms with the all important king size bed. When we return to Sedona we will plan our trip around the availability of one of these spaces.

This cozy set of rooms is in the heart of uptown. I like that because I don´t need to fight the traffics to go anywhere. It´s like a comfortable hotel room with more character (the modern building was designed by local architect) and a really awesome patio with views of the red rocks.

This is a great place! It's not huge, but plenty roomy enough. Has a nice kitchenette and bathroom. Very comfy bed. It's basically like staying in a nice hotel in Uptown Sedona for 1/3 the cost of nearby hotels in Uptown Sedona. Very close and easy walking distance to a ton of restaurants. Check in/out was easy. When I needed to contact Penny (for something that ended up being my fault, I misread the wifi password) she was available right away and happy to help.

Room #3 is a pretty large room with all the amenities anyone could ask for. After all, you are in Sedona to enjoy the outdoors. You can, of course, sit back and relax on the very large covered patio and enjoy the breeze and red rock views. The room itself has a very large, comfy bed and lots of tv options. They said the bed was a queen, but I found it about the same size as my king at home. There is also a window seat/bed/reading nook. There is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and a mini fridge and a little bistro table to enjoy a snack with a beautiful red rock view. The walk in shower is huge and nicely appointed with Mexican tile accents. The bathroom itself was roomy and had a very efficient ceiling heater. Additionally, room #3 is in an awesome location. You can easily walk to all the uptown stores. We also walked to the Tlaquepaque, around Los Abrigados, and to our favorite dinner spot. Very centrally located and an easy drive to pretty much all the hiking spots. I'm glad we found this place. We had a wonderful stay. Hint to people that aren't familiar with Sedona- uptown is touristy and pricey and the food is very average. If it's your first trip, definitely go for a jeep tour. It's really fun. The Tlaquepaque has a few good food options. We tried a new burger spot called Dellepiane at The Hillside Shops this time. It was a great burger with yummy sweet potato fries. Indian Gardens is great for lunch. Cucina Rustica in The Village is also beautiful and has great Italian food. The best food is by far, hands down, The Elote Cafe. The are only open for dinner and be prepared to wait. It's totally worth it. It is the best food I've ever had. EVER. PERIOD. END OF STORY. We walked to The Elote from Room #3 but we are very familiar with Sedona. It was about 1 1/2 miles from the room. Enjoy your stay!
