Beautiful home in a very nice development. Very well stocked. Everything was as advertised. Great pool and spa. Had a wonderful time, not so lucky on the weather. Baseball was fantastic

Our family of six enjoyed our stay here. The house was large enough for everyone to be comfortable and had everything we needed!

This is a nice house in a quiet area of Chandler. The pics online and description looked perfect for our family vacation, with a great heated pool and hot tub(reason we chose the house) for us to spend our time and warm up after the long winter. When we got to the house the kitchen counters hadn't been wiped down and thought it was odd. It went down hill from there... As we were putting our groceries away, we found the kitchen trash hadn't been emptied, old coffee grounds were still in the coffee pot, a dirty cutting board, etc... Once we cleaned the kitchen, we walked out by the pool and noticed that the pool cover was covered with leaves and lawn debris. As we were walking around it, my sister stepped on a glass shard and cut her foot so we then swept the walkway around the pool. Taking the cover off the pool meant that much of the debris that was on top of the cover went into the pool, so we spent the next hour skimming the pool so we could use it. We had paid the extra fee for a heated pool and hot tub so we turned on the pool/hot tub heater so it would be warm the next morning. We were awoken at 6:20 the next morning by someone in the back yard cutting down a tree for some reason. Since we were up early we decided to go to the hot tub to get our vacation going. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were still cold so we called the property manager. We waited all day for a reply but didn't receive one so we called the owner. (turns out the property manager was on vacation) The owner verified that we had turned on the heater correctly but it still wouldn't work. He called a repairman to come and fix it. He couldn't fix it after multiple visits so we ended spending the ENTIRE 10 days without a heated hot tub or pool. Luckily, it was getting into the 90s in the afternoon so we were able to get in the pool to cool down. It would have been great to hang out by the pool but for some reason, there were only 3 deck chairs for all of us to share and a couple of cheap pool float toys. We also noticed that the water in the house seemed to be leaving a film on everything so we checked the Water Softener only to find that there was no salt. Overall, the house was not maintained as we would have expected since we paid a cleaning fee and it would have been great to have the use of the hot tub and heated pool since we paid for both and received neither. There was a small compensation but not nearly enough to cover the inconveniences.

Great house with lots of space. 4 stars because of a few minor issues. Few dead roaches found inside throughout the house, air conditioner was not in working order upon arrival and when the property manager was contacted she did not take action for hours. Finally contacted the owner regarding the issue and it was taken care of immediately. These two issues could of been avoided if the property had Been walked through to prepare it for when guests arrive, as we do at our property. Other than those two issues we enjoyed the house very much and fit our group very well. The pool was fabulous for the kids.

For the past 11 years we have had our annual golf outing. This property proved to be a great choice. Since I'm an old school guy, contacting Mickey (Owner) with numerous questions before deciding on this property, was great. He was ALWAYS prompt on returning my call and that means a lot to me. I also had the pleasure of phoning and speaking to Julie (Property Mgr.) on numerous occasions as well. Julie was great to work with and answered all of our concerns. We all liked the salt water pool and Spa and all of the amenities that went with the house. We would have no qualms about choosing this property in the future.
