We stayed here a week in December. We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The house is tucked in a very quiet neighborhood but yet is very handy to shopping, groceries, and things to do. Great location for Paradise Valley and is only 30 minute ride to most of the Scottsdale attractions. Robin is a great owner and communicate terrifically. There are great instructions for all things in the house. This house is very dog friendly also with a beautiful back yard. We were able to use the pool during the winter on a couple of the warmer days when the temperature reached in the 60s - it was chilly but doable with the solar cover. Robin has a great masseuse that will come to the house, if you like. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The House is very nice and comfortable. Location is closed to everything including downtown Phoenix and the airport. The Host is very responsive and we did not have any problems.

The house was a great place in a quiet, nice neighborhood. It was sparklingly clean and exactly as described. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Very spacious and well-appointed accommodations. It had a great backyard with a covered patio, outside kitchen and pool. Robin was excellent at communicating and responsive. Overall, everyone had a great experience.

Robin's home was absolute heaven. It felt like we were staying at a private retreat - we loved the outdoor pool area! Solar heated pool (which was great for swimming this time of year), lounge area, and outdoor dining and grill area overlook a beautiful mountain range with epic sunsets. Great indoor space! The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Robin, our host, could not have been any better! She was quick to respond to our every need. We will definitely stay here again and we will most certainly be referring family and friends to this home. Thank you for everything, Robin!

This was such a beautiful house with nice views. The back yard is gorgeous with a nice variety of birds. We were lucky enough to see a Red Tail Hawk sitting on the fence. It's also convenient to lots of shopping and great restaurants.

We spent 2 months at Robin´s house during a home renovation. It was a pleasant stay during a hot summer. The house had everything we needed, from nice quality linens and towels to a fully stocked kitchen (plates and utensils) to good TV stations. The washer and dryer were nice quality. The backyard was lovely and I kept the hummingbird feeder filled with sugar water and had fun watching the birds. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and we walked every day. Robin was quick to respond to us and a lovely host. We would highly recommend this property.

We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this is by far our favorite! We loved our month-long stay at Robin's home. It's in the perfect location in the Paradise Valley/Scottsdale area. All of her furnishings are comfortable and inviting. The beds & linens are very nice quality. House is super clean and well laid-out. It has a fantastic kitchen with everything you need for cooking - a huge eat-in island and great gas cooktop. One of the best features of the property is the backyard and pool area - so important when you are vacationing in the desert. It's peaceful, quiet and very private. The sunsets are fabulous and watching the many birds at the birdfeeders is an endless source of entertainment . It's a sanctuary for parrots, quail and hummingbirds. Their singing made us feel like we were in paradise. The pools is large and well-maintained. Robin is a great host, responding immediately to us to make sure we were comfortable and happy and we so appreciate her personal interest. Thank you for sharing your home Robin. We look forward to coming back next year.

Robin's house is located in the perfect spot - close to great stores, restaurants, activities etc. The kitchen is perfect for family gatherings with a fantastic eat at island. The pool floaties were perfect for relaxing and watching the gorgeous sunsets! Loved the bunnies and baby birds. Would rent again.

We are 2 couples who stayed at this home for 10 days. It was everything we needed! The backyard was great to relax in, the pool (warmed by solar heat) was something we looked forward to after spring training ball games. This home is situated in a quiet area & we found we were in a fairly central driving distance to a variety of ball parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. Robin was quick to reply to any questions that I had during our stay. Beautiful property, private backyard like a retreat in an oasis! Amazing views, birds visiting each day. Quiet location but close to everything. Robin, the owner is amazing with an attention to detail and a genuine concern that her guests have a memorable stay We did! The home has everything you could possibly need, and more! We spent a wonderful month in this beautiful property and hope to return soon

Robin is an exceptional communicator, the home is lovely, very comfortable and exceptionally well located. The yard is beautifully maintained, spacious and the pool and bbq area offer a resort feel. We are excited, grateful and looking forward to our next trip to Paradise Valley.

We made our home at this lovely home for 2 1/2 months and it was wonderful! Location was amazing, backyard was an oasis and the birds were a joy to watch each day! The kitchen was a dream to cook in! Enjoy this amazing home as much as we did! Thank you Robin!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this cozy home. The yard is beautiful and the view spectacular. The home was as represented on the sight . The owner was attentive to all our questions and dealt with everything that arose promptly.Our dogs were also made to feel welcome and had lots of room to play in the yard. The birds, in particular the quail and parrots were a constant source of entertainment. We are hoping to return next year! Val....Manitoba Canada

We spent a few months at this property. House was recently updated and well appointed with furnishings that are comfortable and high quality (no Ikea crap that you see in so many VRBO rentals). The real value is in the neighborhood and backyard. The backyard has plentiful, high quality Front Gate furniture including a built in BBQ, fridge and ice bin for storing drinks. Pool is beautifully refreshing (don't expect to be able to do laps in it - size and shape prevent that) and perfect for hot summer days. Floating devices and outdoor dishes are an added touch. The house backs up to a wash that allows for peaceful views and encounters with friendly wildlife (just fill the bird feeders and watch the fun!). Sunsets and sunrises were my favorite. The dog loved laying in the plush grass and watching the same. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and walkable. Proximity to Paradise Valley amenities makes this an excellent location for a Phoenix home base. We enjoyed our stay so much we are looking to buy in the area. For short stays, I wouldn't change a thing. If you plan to stay longer, work with the friendly, amiable owner to clear some of the kitchen, fridge and closets to make more space for your stuff. We had to move to another rental because this one is rented out and we are sorely missing the Country Estates. This place will not disappoint.

This is the first time I've done a vrbo--we've always stayed at a resort when we visited Scottsdale. Our friends told us about vrbo, so we decided to try it. I searched for at least a week trying to find the "perfect" home for our vacation--and I found it! The owner had just done a complete remodel on the property, and it's simply beautiful. There were 2 adults and a 10-yr old staying in the home for a week. The bedrooms are very large; each has a tv, a ceiling fan, and plenty of storage. The MB bathroom has a glass enclosed shower with a seat and double sinks--very convenient. I loved the kitchen! The picture window in front of the sink has a view of the entire back yard, and the island has stools for seating and is huge! There's an ample supply of dishes, utensils, pots/pans, spices, etc. There are games and books and also an abundance of linens. Robin has thought of everything. The pool was perfect. There are steps at one end a diving board at the other end. There were 2 "dust" storms while we were there. In the morning all we did was use the skimmer on the pool, and it was pristine again. There's a built-in grill and small refrigerator on the patio near the pool. We didn't use the grill, but the refrigerator was handy. We did use the mesh floats in the pool. The house is conveniently located within a few miles of grocery stores, malls, Old Town, golf courses, restaurants, Costco, etc. We've been coming to Scottsdale for years and always in the summer--that's when school's out and vacation begins. It's extremely hot, but we enjoy it. We take day trips--Sedona/Slide Rock/Flagstaff. Slide Rock is extremely cold--the water comes down from the mountain--but it's so much fun. Driving up to Flagstaff, you'll see elk along the road. We are retired now, so we can come back whenever we want. This was our granddaughter's first trip to Arizona, and she can't wait to come back next year. Robin is a very helpful and thoughtful host. She was quick to reply to any texts that we sent and was genuinely concerned with making our stay perfect. This vrbo set the bar very high for any future ventures that we may have. I highly recommend this home for your stay. We will definitely be back next year and for a much longer stay.
