We spent a week in this amazing home while we were in town to attend our daughter´s graduatio from MWU. Everything from the date we reserved through checkout was handled extremely well. The owners made every effort to ensure our stay was WELL beyond our expectations! The home was stocked with drinks/snacks/paper products/toiletries for each guest, high quality pool towels and shower towels - they thought of everything! They even provided a congratulatory cake for our daughter´s graduation! The outdoor area was incredible! We spent many hours each day enjoying the pool, grill, volleyball, pool floats, and outdoor seating area. The location is awesome for hiking Thunderbird. You can walk to the trail head from the house. The owners were in touch every couple of days checking to see if we needed anything. They take great pride in their home and it shows! It was absolutely one of our most favorite vacations! I would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Glendale area! Thank you Sandy and Art!

We´ve stayed at several VRBO´s before and this was hands down the best. Clean, spacious, and had absolutely everything we needed. My kids loved the pool, especially the changing color light feature at night. We won´t stay anywhere else when we visit again!

As a large family, we rarely hotel stay, we prefer to vacation rental....This home was by far the best vacation home we have stayed at. Art and Sandy have incredible attention to detail and are so kind! We came to Arizona for our sons college graduation. Sandy put a graduation cake in the icebox as a surprise! They defiantly made us feel at home. We will defiantly stay at this home again!

We arrived to find all of the touches of a high-class hotel had been though fully provided by the owners, Art & Sandy. I had indicated it was my wife´s birthday and not only did they put together a great welcome basket, they even got a custom cake made for us! Each room was immaculately clean and had welcome kits in case we had forgotten shampoo, toothpaste, etc. And the property itself was perfect - the pool area exceeded expectations and there was plenty of room for the dozen guests in our party. We had a great time and couldn´t think of anything we would have changed. Thank you Art & Sandy!

My family and I loved the property. From the moment we walked in, the little details shined throughout our vacation. The owners Art and Sandy made sure you felt at home from the beginning, with fresh fruit on the table and snacks for the kids and so much more. The owners went out of their way to make sure the house was set up uniquely for our family. The house had plenty to do inside and out with a pool table and foosball to a beautiful outdoor pool/spa/entertaining space with plenty for you to do or not do... The house is set in a beutiful quiet neighborhood very close to town and a short walk to some very nice hiking trails on the nearby mountains. It was so beautiful to wake up enjoy watching the hot air balloons flying in the distance. I would highly recommend this vacation spot for anyone who really wants to enjoy everything Arizona has to offer. THANK YOU for letting us enjoy your home.... The Nagel's

I rented this hme for me and my entire family of 16. We had little ones and adults and the house was perfect for us all! All kinds of fun things to do and the location was beautiful. We will absolutely stay here again!!! The hosts were so nice and provided us with snacks and welcome packages with toiletries and candy. All the pillows, sheets, cooking stuff, towels, and pool toys you can imagine!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days in this beautiful home. Everything we could want for a large family. Close to hiking trails and the beautiful pool and hot tub to relax in after the hike. Large kitchen and ample seating areas both inside and out. Art and Sandy left a great assortment of snacks and treats. We will be back!!

This house was great for my children and their children to come together and relax. Art and Sandy make sure every detail is ready for you! Snacks and drinks and games and toys and books and more! Blow up beds, baby crib and high chair, night lights! The location near the hiking trails was a bonus for our geocaching group! But the house and pool were just right to keep us most satisfied just hanging out!

The listing description of this property was very accurate. We chose this house for our annual family winter getaway. We have a large immediate family so finding accommodations to meet all our needs (as well as be affordable) can be difficult. We originally chose this house for the roomy back yard since we planned to spend most of our time outside. We have small and adult children so a big area to play and relax was essential. However, from the time we entered the house we felt like we had come home with everything we could possibly need to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property pictures are very accurate - it is clean and well maintained. Art and Sandy (owners) go out of their way to extend their hospitality. We had the good fortune of meeting them on our arrival and getting a first hand tour of the home and all it's amenities. During our stay we had a minor issue with the pool that was fixed within hours of our contacting them! We had quick access to grocery stores (10 minutes to Costco, 5 minutes to a large another large grocery store). The kitchen is roomy and has everything you could possibly need to make a large family meal. We could literally walk across the street to trails, a golf-course and water park - great when you have difficulty getting a 'group consensus' to do things. Other attractions such as the zoo and aquarium were within 30 minutes by car. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends - though I fear they will be 'booked up' when we want to return!!

First of all...Art and Sandy, your house is beautiful. (and it was a privilege to get to personally meet you guys) The house is HUGE and has tons of places for sleeping, showering, hanging out all without being on top of each other. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to save hundreds of dollars on food. We had nine people in for 4 days/3nights. We bought $350 of food at the grocery store and ate in for all but 2 meals. ( the grill was awesome...oh and so was the outdoor fireplace out by the orange tree) And when we got here there was so much personalized stuff. Snacks, drinks, fresh fruit...honestly it was beyond amazing. Tons of clean towels for the pool/hot-tub and showering...soaps and shampoos. Oh, and at night...TV's everywhere, pool table, foosball...tons of out side seating around the pool. (It was hard to go to bed with so much cool stuff to do) I could go on and on... This was my first house renting experience and it was soooo worth it. (I don't think anybody will ever be able to measure up to the experience that Art & Sandy created for us though) If several of you are in town for business (like we were) or several families needing to get away or just a bunch coming to Phoenix to go golfing...this is the house for you. Thanks guys, you truly blessed us!

When we first arrived, we dropped our bags in the foyer and all ran to find our bedrooms. The house just kept going and going! Every one of the four couples had their bedroom of choice complete with fluffy bath towels, huge beach towels, a toiletry goodie bag, and even chocolates! The owners, Art and Sandy, left us handwritten notes with a welcome basket filled with snacks, a fruit bowl, and Margarita bar. While in Phoenix, we enjoyed cheering on the 16th green of the Waste Management open, golfing at local courses and the indoor TopGolf range, 5th Ave and mall shopping, and eating out places like the YardHouse at Westgate. Everything was so easy to get to from this location. But the best times we had on vacation were right at the house. There were miles of hiking trails just steps from the house. (Our goal was 10,000 steps a day!) We cooked breakfast in the family kitchen every morning, enjoyed drinks by the pool in the afternoon (including games of pool volleyball), and told stories of the day during our evening hot tub time! We played a little pool and cheered the Eagles on to victory in the Super Bowl! There were 9 adults staying at this home and we all felt like we had our own space and didn't have to jockey for bathroom/shower time. The water was always hot and the drinks stayed cold with additional fridge space in the laundry room (yep... we even did laundry while we were there!) This was an incredible home that offered adequate space and activities nearby. The weather was exceptional. It really was the perfect vacation. We can't wait to stay at Art and Sandy's home again! Thank you for making it our home away from home!

From the time I booked the reservation, the host was attentive and communicated well! We take an annual trip every MLK weekend. This year didn´t disappoint. We are glad we chose Phoenix as our distination. There was a total of 9 of us. This house can fit many more easily. The hospitality was the best EVER! The lovely home and location of the home made the experience even better. Close to food, fun, hiking, and pretty much everything. It´s a nice and quite neighborhood. The touches of the heated pool and fire pit were huge hits with our group. Take my word for it, go ahead and book. You will not be disappointed. It was worth every dollar! Enjoy! Thanks again to the wonderful hosts!

Art and Sandy were some of the best hosts our family has stayed with! There are so many compliments to give about them and their wonderful property. First and foremost, we stayed over Christmas week with a family of 10. Art asked several weeks before our arrival if we wanted a Christmas tree set up with lights. Very thoughtful. He also ensured that we had toys and a play pen for the young ones. Upon check-in everything was fabulous. They had left us fruits, a gift basket, and personal hygiene bags in each bedroom for each person (these bags included toothpaste, a toothbrush, soaps and shampoos, sunblock, and a few other great items). They also had ghirardelli chocolates and andes mints in each room! And all this detail was in addition to the incredible property. The backyard is beautiful with ample room to have family and friends and go for a swim. The weather was pretty consistent during our stay (65-75F) so the pool was a nice addition. We grilled one night and that worked well. The layout of the house was good and each person had their own bedroom. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. They also made sure that each person had both pool towels and towels for the bathroom. Entertainment is abundant at the property, as their is great hiking nearby (5 minute walk to the start of the trail) and a big park with open fields about a 5 minute drive away. They also have a pool and foosball table that we enjoyed. We definitely took advantage of the surround sound system that can be played via bluetooth throughout the house. The other nice addition was the cooking spices and kitchenware that was all included. Oftentimes it can be a hassle and expensive having to be spices (sugar, flour, etc.) while traveling, but they had all of that there for us. On our second day there, Art and Sandy came to meet us and brought a bottle of Sparkling Cider. This is in addition to all the gifts they already provided. They were also in constant communication with us if we had any questions. Great people, and a great house. Overall, we loved everything about our stay. If you are having second thoughts or deciding between two properties, stop! This is definitely the one you should go with. Art and Sandy will definitely make your stay worth it! Thanks again you two! :-)

Our whole family loved it. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars only because the floor in the stool area of the master bath had not been cleaned, and the lovely large dressing room carpet had not been vacuumed.

We had a wonderful time staying at this home for a long weekend. The accommodations were wonderful and accommodating to a group of 12 adults. The outdoor area was perfect for lounging, even with a larger group of people! I strongly recommend this location for anyone looking for a place to stay with larger groups.

From the time I saw the home online, I knew it was going to be a wonderful vacation home and I wasn't disappointed. Art was very communicative prior to our arrival, making sure we knew that the pool might be slightly cool given the lows overnight. He encouraged us to heat it, and I'm glad we did. I don't think our 4 year old twins would have been able to swim in it otherwise. From the moment we walked in the door we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful snacks, both for adults and kids. This included, water, juice for my kids, fruit snacks, cheese and crackers. They had taken the extra steps to get toys for both inside and outside so my kids would have things to play with. The couple had mints in every room, toiletries and all the comforts of home included. On our second day in town, Art and Sandy came by to meet us, we wondered if there were measuring cups (we made breakfast that morning and couldn't' find any), there weren't, a few hours later, Sandy returned with several measuring cups, spoons and a mixing bowl for us to use the remainder of our stay. We had some issues with the spa, but Art was very responsive and fixed them right away. The home was clean, comfortable and there was more than enough space for entertaining. I would recommend this home to any and everyone! The definition of 5 stars.

Had a wonderful long weekend here! Our group spent most of the weekend enjoying the patio and pool area, which was exactly what we were looking for. The house had plenty of space for our 11 adults to comfortably spread out. The owners go above and beyond most VRBO owners to make sure the stay is as good as possible! Thanks Art and Sandy for a lovely weekend!

Extremely comfortable, spacious and affordable luxury. The owners were very accommodating, and easy to work with on such short notice. Our family had an emergency on a layover to El Paso, and this house was simply a God send. It was a peaceful clean property that made our bad circumstances more bearable. After our prayers were answered, and our loved one made it through we enjoyed a very lovely stay in Phoenix thanks to the owners of this amazing property. Our family will always remember the outpouring of hospitality and awesome accommodations extended to us on behalf of the owners of this home. Highly recommend staying here.
