This property has great bones..........all rooms throughout this vacation are spacious, well appointed and equipped. The backyard offers a comfortable covered patio, large pool with water feature, nice outdoor cooking experience and your own personal putt putt course. our grandchildren and their two puppies were never bored and had a large backyard play and roam. The property is one traffic light and two minutes from the Chandlar Fashion Center and Mall offering you and your family unbelievable shopping and dining opportunities. In addition, Steve was a great host and always responded in a timely manner if we had a question. If you are looking for a family friendly property and experience, you can't go wrong here.

The house had everything that we needed for our stay. The backyard and pool area were great as well as the nice covered patio. The only negative I could say about the place was the master bedroom only had a double bed, at least a queen would have been great as there was more than enough space for one in the bedroom. Steve was a great host and responded promptly if we had any questions.

The house was great! We stayed here for our annual "Momcation" girls trip, and the house worked perfect! We spent most of our time around the pool area, which is very private and beautiful! House has easy access to anything you'd ever need! Steve, the owner, is amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

The house was great! With spacious rooms, it was clean and well stocked. It is a simple comfortable home, and was everything we needed for our get away. The girls loved the pool and back yard, and swam every day. I found everything I needed in the kitchen, including a colander and an ice cream scoop! We were slightly worried about noise from the highway, but we were very pleasantly surprised! It was hardly noticeable. Would stay here again!

Stay at the house for a five day golf vacation. Both me and my two buddies loved the place. The neighborhood was great. The pool and hot tub worked great. Would rent again. Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Chandler. The house was very nice and well-equipped. The back yard was a peaceful retreat with the pool, hot tub and putting green. It is in a great location - close to shopping and restaurants. It also was an easy drive to see the Cubs in Mesa. Steve was very helpful and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again!!

Property was great! Steve was an excellent host and took care of the one issue that came up in the week we were there. Close to shopping and restaurants. Don't worry about the sound barrier in some pictures. Noise was never an issue. We would return to this area and this property in a minute!

Our group of four adults enjoyed a lovely week in this very clean, very nice home away from our own homes. The kitchen and bathrooms are outfitted with many amenities that made our stay wonderful. Very up-to-date master bathroom was roomy and clean. A true delight to enjoy as we got ready for our sight seeing and hiking. The kitchen allowed for leisurely mornings to breakfast at home and the fabulous gas grill, allowed us to grill when we wanted to. The spa was relaxing after a day of hiking. Highly recommend this fabulous property!

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice clean accommodations, well stocked with extras and comfortable beds. Steve was right there to answer questions and to make sure everything was up to snuff. Also, appreciated the central location.

Great location for shopping, restaurants and other activities. Pictures on web are quite accurate. House is clean and well equipped with lots of extras that made our stay more enjoyable. Owner is very responsive and accommodating.

The home was large and very well equipped. All the unexpected items were a nice surprise to have on hand! We had our two dogs and the backyard worked out very well as it was nice and large. Yes, the freeway wall is right there, but the pool waterfall helps to drown out some of the traffic noise. Steve was very quick to answer any questions or concerns. One thing to be aware of: The listing states the pool is heated; however, in talking with Steve, I discovered it was only heated upon request, and at a cost of $350/week, so we opted out. However, after being there in January, it wasn't quite warm enough to get into an even heated pool, so it worked out fine.

We stay at homes rather than hotels because we want a more relaxed experience. This place was exceptional. It had everything. Clean white soft towels, great beds, and pool, spa were well maintained. Kitchen and baths were well stocked. Quite neighborhood.

We couldn´t have picked a better home for our family´s Christmas. It had absolutely everything we needed. Three nice sized bedrooms, very comfortable beds and bedding, the master bathroom was amazing, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some large meals. And the backyard was awesome! To look out and see a swimming pool, hot tub, putting green and listen to the waterfall was priceless. Even though it was too cool to swim we spent a lot of time out there. Steve is the best to communicate with. He is always quick to respond and willing to help if ever needed. There are so many extra touches included, he has really done it right with this home. The next time we need a home while visiting our son´s family, this will be our first choice.

Perfect house for a family! Fridge had some water and snacks for us upon arrival, very appreciated after a long day of traveling. Place was clean and pool/ hot tub was great! Lots of pool toys. Beds were comfortable, but rather creaky. Overall we had a great time and I would reccomend this property!

We were greeted promptly with a letter welcoming us to the home. We also received a welcome email. Steve was in contact with us via email to answer any and all questions very promptly and informative. Would highly recommend this place and owner/manager. Nice location to pretty much anything you want or need. Thank you Steve.

My wife and I stayed at this property for a week. My Daughter works in the Phoenix area and we chose this property based on the proximity to her apartment. My son and his wife drove in from Los Angeles to make for a great Mother's Day for my wife. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived a little early and were able to meet Steve, the owner, as he was putting on the finishing touches for our stay. The property was clean and comfortable. The pool and the patio area was enjoyed by all. The house is located in a nice quiet residential area. It was all we had hoped it would be. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place in the Chandler/Phoenix area. If another visit puts us in the Chandler area, we would stay again!

Staying at "the home away from home" made our stay in Arizona the best. Steve was always very accommodating and pleasant. We hope to come back and stay at the house another time. Thank you!

Our long weekend stay was absolutely amazing! Steve was super kind and helpful. Instructions around the home were great and pool/spa instructions were easy to follow. The home was very clean! This is the #1 most important thing for me and I was very happy. We traveled with our dogs and the yard is huge and was perfect for our pets. The house itself was smaller but perfect for 5 of us (Me, my husband, daughter and my In-laws). We were all very comfortable and happy. One worry that we had when booking this home was how close the home was to the interstate which can be noisy. It ended up being a very quiet home and the location to the interstate was exceedingly convenient! We traveled in February and the weather cooled down to the lower 60s during the day. We paid the additional cost to have the pool heated (85) and it was so perfect!! The heated pool plus hot tub made our trip exceptional. We will stay here again. Such a great experience and again Steve made our stay comfortable and easy!

I've rented 20+ VRBO properties in the past. I've always said if you read the reviews and descriptions you get exactly as advertised. This one surprised me. That huge wall in the backyard is a freeway wall. That should be in the description. The tranquil appearance in the photos is overshadowed by the constant freeway noise. The owner has updated the home significantly but it is still a older home in an older neighborhood. I paid a premium price for a premium home. This one was not worth it.

We enjoyed our vacation at Steve´s house. The Home had everything we needed and the pool and hot tub were amazing! Best location ever- close to everything ! So many great restaurants & shopping nearby - within a mile! The neighborhood was great & quiet! Steve was a wonderful host and very helpful! We didn´t want to leave!

The house was perfect for us, it was well kept, everything in order, plenty of room. The pool and spa couldn't of been better, clean, crystal clear water. Dealing with owners was easy and hassle free. I would recommend this property to all who want to have a really nice stay in Arizona.

We recently enjoyed an 8 day stay at this house in Chandler. When we arrived, the house was truly spotless. The layout is fantastic with three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Huge, comfortable sitting area and very functional kitchen. Most importantly the back yard was our relaxing escape from the busy life we left at home in Calgary, AB. The yard was recently upgraded with gorgeous trees and shrubs. The pool is a great size and the hot tub heats up very quickly when we wanted to use it. Lots of lounging chairs and a great patio table for outdoor dining. The house was stocked with so many extras; more than we've ever noticed in other rentals homes. Shampoo, body lotion, sunscreen, spices, plastic wrap & foil, paper products, laundry soap etc. Really nice not to have to go buy all of those extras for one week. It was very important to us that our little dog was welcome to join us; the yard was very secure for him and the neighbourhood was very safe for our long walks. (For people that have young children, there are three playgrounds and parks close by.) The house is close to a freeway, but the noise was not an issue because of the fountain that runs constantly in the back yard. Steve was very helpful and quick to reply when we had a question. We would highly recommend this rental home to others.

This was my best experience renting on VRBO...and I have nothing but good ones. My husband and our two sons (ages 9 and 12) were visiting for Spring Training and to do some hiking. First, the location is great - it's close to the freeway and easy access to Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, everywhere, really. Even though it is literally next to the freeway, it is very quiet and secluded because of the walls. Second, the house itself is lovely, and we had a great time by the pool. Third, it has all the "extras" that would you hope for, but not really expect - rafts and toys for the pool, plenty of toiletries and cleaning supplies, snacks, water, the list goes on and on. Last, Steve was great! Checked to make sure everything was ok and always available if we had a question. Highly recommend. We will be back!

We had an amazing time at this awesome home March 11th till the 18th 2017. Pictures don't do it justice....the home is immaculate and has everything you could ever need and more....Steve has done a wonderful job having all the the little extras available!! The pool area is phenomenal !! We thoroughly enjoyed cooling off in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub at night. The home is in a great neighbourhood...close to all amenities and attractions. Steve is available if you have any questions or concerns and does everything to make your stay perfect!! My family didn't want to leave!! Cheers to you Steve!! We will definitely be back if we are in the Phoenix area again!! The Popovich's
