- rental must be a minimum of 30 days to comply with HOA rules on renting

- occupancy starting/ending on the 1st of the month

Monthly rates vary depending on time of year and length of stay. (see "Rates" section for details)

At time of reservation, a deposit must be made for 25% of total amount due. Deposit is 100% refundable 60 days prior to arrival; 50% refundable 30-59 days prior to arrival; and NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN 30 days prior to check in.

Balance due at arrival.

FOR STAYS of 3 MONTHS OR MORE, INTERIM MONTHLY PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT CAN BE MADE.

This is our first time as a "snowbirds". Location was very convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping, golf, car wash..... A nice and clean townhome and would rent again if we came to Phoenix. The entire townhome had everything you needed, to be at home. Michele was very easy to communicate with.

Great 2 bedroom townhouse with private patio at the back complete with covered parking outside. Ideally located for easy access to all areas in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. Lots of restaurants within walking distance both national chains and several locally owned businesses. We'll kept grounds complete with pool (unheated). Well furnished and equiped townhome.

Positives: This townhouse is conveniently located in desirable area of Central Phoenix. It has easy access, covered parking and a very nice patio area. The owner was very friendly, and came to meet us. Negatives: The townhouse is better suited for renters that have pets, and could be better described as that in the listing. Not as easy to rent upfront due to paperwork regulations.

The place was as listed and the property was well maintained. I could not have asked for a better person to deal with. Although my husband´s and I were here for 3 1/2 months due medical treatment at Mayo Ckinic, that had him tied down to the hospital and home environment, there were things I needed, such as hairdresser, vet, spa, grocery stores, shopping. The owner was always willing and ready to make suggestions from her experiences in addition to providing directions. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place very close to all sorts of amenities and attractions.

This townhouse is very nice, quite, and in a good location. It is also pet friendly which is hard to find being this nice. The owner was very prompt in solving any issues that we had during our stay. Each time that my wife took our dog for a walk she came back telling me about another friendly person that she had meet living in an adjoining townhouse. I loved sitting on the patio in the mornings enjoying the sun and having my coffee. The only negative thing that I can say about this townhouse is that the chairs around the table are very uncomfortable. I have marked this for a return stay.

Stayed two months in this quiet neighborhood townhouse located within easy driving distance of everywhere we wanted to go with grocery, hardware, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance. Owner (Michele) was easily accessible throughout our stay, and responded immediately when we contacted her. She was a pleasure to deal with.

What a wonderful townhome and community. This end unit is north south facing, so avoids hot afternoons. It is a quiet community, and the common area is very convenient for walking a dog. The owner is generously responsive to any issues that may arise with the property, like an appliance issue, etc. All in all, we were here for 6 months, and very comfortable.

Everything we needed was available in the condo for our month stay. Owner was great to work with and accessible for any of our questions or needs. Great location right in the heart of a revival area of new trendy restaurants all within walking distance. Only down side for winter rentals is the unheated pool. Would definitely recommend!

5.0 - Perfect accommodations in a GREAT area of Phoenix

My wife and I stayed at this property for over 3 months and the accommodations could not have been better. First of all, the location in midtown Phoenix is extremely convenient. There are numerous fantastic restaurants that are a short walk away, along with coffee shops and a grocery store. Downtown is only a few minutes away and the drive to Scottsdale is only 15 minutes or so. The accommodations at the townhouse were perfect. It is fully furnished with two spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space. The kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms have everything you would ever need, and the two covered parking spots attached to the unit are a huge plus. Additionally, we did not have a single issue with the WiFi and cable. We didn't encounter any problems that needed to be resolved during our stay, but the lessor Michelle was in constant communication with us and I have no doubts that she would have been happy to help with any issues. Whether you need a temporary home or are planning a short vacation, you should not hesitate to book this property!

Being in central Phoenix we were close to theatres, shopping, dining and entertainment facilities. We found the traffic heavy as we are used to farm living. The property was clean and neat and materials were left for daily cleanup. Michelle was very obliging, ensuring we had everything we needed for a positive stay. She was there to show us through the hose when we arrived, and made it convenient for us to leave when we were ready. She also insured we knew what was available in the neighbourhood for our use. All in all, it was a positive stay.

I leased this property for about 2 months in fall/winter 2015. Michelle was an excellent lessor. The property is a two bedroom, two story townhouse in a very pleasant part of central Phoenix near 7th Avenue and Bethany Home Road. There are many very nice restaurants nearby--The Yard, The Vig, Joyride, Federal Pizza, and on and on. The townhouse is full furnished and well-appointed with internet, Direct TV, full laundry, two car covered parking. It even has a nice little doggie door for smaller pets. Michelle, the lessor, is a calm and thoughtful person and you will find her agreeable, prompt, and courteous. This is a terrific spot to spend time away from home or as a temporary home. I'd recommend this location without hesitation.

Wonderful location for any young professional looking to be in the heart of Phoenix. 15 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from Scottsdale. And the furnishings were more than accommodating!
