The owner is a well versed..knows Tempe very well; very kind and considerate and has a beautifully maintained property inside and out. This studio apartment was very comfortable for 2 adults and a golden retriever for 5 days. We will be back!

Comfortable for two. Nicely remodeled. Fully stocked with all condiments, utensils, coffee maker (even filters!), etc.

We come to Spring Training each year and this location was perfect. We went to three games, quick Lyft rides, restaurants are close by as well. Charles is a great host. The studio is clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the Mexican market that was close by with fresh salsas, meats, dips and tortillas. Bought all the ingredients to cook most dinners at the house. Thank you Charles!

Thank you Charles for creating this space for others to use. There is a seperate entrance with a little patio area, great for sitting out enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Walking distance to local transportation to many types of venues. We were able to walk to the neighborhood grocery store for whatever we needed for our week stay. Loved the frosted skylights that brought in natural light. We came to town for Chicago Cub spring training, hiking and ended our trip at ISM Speedway for the Xfinity race. All these venues and more where so easy to get to.

It was very small but, clean and taken care of. It was advertised as a one bedroom but, is actually a studio. Charlie was very knowledgeable of the area.

The studio apartment was perfect for our stay. First it is beautiful. Second it designed to make the absolute most of the space and is very comfortable. All essentials provided. The owner is a long time resident of Tempe and will provide excellent tips for the area. In addition his thoughtful gift of grapefruit from his yard was much appreciated. Walking distance to Four Peaks, very nice restaurant, grocery store, light rail and free Tempe shuttle (that goes to ASU campus). We will be back and you should go!

The owner is very correct and honest, and helped when I had to change dates twice. The house is small but pleasant and clean (I only missed a real rrfrigerator since there is a frigobar and not a refrigerator, so maybe is better for short time rent). Like a flat but is a nice house good for dogs also.

This studio is close to the college and in a cute, quiet neighborhood. It's clean and has a ton of amenities to make your stay easy and stress-free. Very pleased with our stay there and Charles was a great host :)

We came into town to move our daughter out of her ASU campus apartment for the summer. Charles place was perfect for our needs! It was close to campus and all that we had to do. We got in late, he greeted us kindly. We visited with him for awhile and learned that he had gone through the same design program as our daughter is now. The place we very clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying there again over the next few years. Thanks Charles!

Great, thoughtful owner who took extra good care of us. The bungalow is located in a nice neighborhood and I felt safe walking at night. Very quiet. Bungalow was exactly what was listed and very clean. Extra touches included private patio, washer and dryer, coffee maker and coffee, outdoor grill, great TV with cable and Netflix, and a very comfortable. We had a wonderful month stay.

My overall experience was very positive. The owner provided a comfortable place that was well designed for one or two people. It was loaded with amenities. The entry door was private, allowing me to come and go without disturbing anyone. A very peaceful place in a quaint, treeful neighborhood. Charles is a convivial person who was always attentive to my needs and never intruded into my space or activities. My one year old Golden Retriever named Bucky liked the accommodations as well. He was happy to hang outside right out the door in a very small fenced in area which did not require me to keep an eye on him. He especially liked laying down inside the gate while watching street life and dog walkers. The location is Tempe so it's easy to get to all the things Tempe's Mill Avenue has to offer, which is nice, but it's easy to drive into Scottsdale and Phoenix as well. Most of my time was spent in Scottsdale yet I never minded the Tempe location. It seems to me that this location and the price of the unit make it an excellent place for people to have easy access to Scottsdale without paying Scottsdale high rental fees. Also, it's worth noting that the house is on a dead end street so there is very little traffic. Helps with a good night of sleep. Bucky liked easy access to some fine front lawns for his business meetings.

This cozy studio was perfect for our month long visit to Tempe. It´s convenient to all of Tempe, ASU, Scottsdale and the east valley which worked really well for us. It´s also easy to get on the freeways and close to the Tempe Marketplace. Check out Four Peaks Brewery for good food. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Charles, our host, was professional, and on site if any issues come up...none did for us! He has extensive knowledge of the area if you need it. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we loved the large shower. We would definitely stay here again.

Super handy, clean, excellent place to stay near Tempe. My husband and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go (or the public transportation is close and great too). Charles is an excellent and helpful host. Definitely thankful for our time here!

Technically 4.5 stars–have to take off half a star because the mattress needs to be replaced ASAP. Otherwise, this is a perfect little place for visiting Tempe/ASU. Plenty of space, lovely modern bathroom, small but adequate kitchen facilities. Had a separate entrance from the regular house, 2 AC units (because it was 96 degrees when we visited). No problem with parking, in a quiet neighborhood. Free shuttle within walking distance, which takes you downtown and to the campus. Light rail also only a few blocks away. Maybe 15 mins from the airport. Would absolutely stay here again.

Small and quaint but has everything needed for a week stay. Location is central to lots of activities and restaurants but no traffic noise as its tucked in a little neighborhood. Charles is great and so friendly and was there if we needed anything!

I stayed for 17 nights at this location and it really was a home away from home. Clean, comfortable and perfectly formed. Charles is an excellent host. As both myself and my boyfriend know the area well, he knew we didn't need much advice but he was very friendly any time we did meet. Proximity to the light rail and also 4peaks brewery excellent. I biked around for my stay and Tempe is extremely bike friendly.
