This charming two-story home sits nestled in a quiet neighborhood and backs up directly to the Ocotillo Golf Resort. Immediately after walking into the front room you will find a regulation size pool table and a high-top sitting area. The kitchen has been completely refurbished, equipped with a walk-in pantry, granite countertops, a Samsung refrigerator/freezer with separate climate-controlled compartments, built-in microwave, and a sleek black breakfast table that seats four. The living room has a flatscreen TV, fireplace, built-in media cabinet, leather couches, and vaulted ceilings. The downstairs master bedroom features a king size bed, flatscreen TV, new carpet, and private access to the outdoor patio.
Immediately up the stairs is a common area with an extra couch and work desks, along with adjacent bedrooms and a bathroom. The three bedrooms upstairs each contain a TV and are configured with two twin beds, which can easily be converted to a king size. Outdoors is a private pool, lemon tree, ample seating and lounge chairs, an available propane grill as well as a smaller charcoal hibachi-style grill, a small grassy area, and golf course views.

We are readily available to help with any aspect of your stay. We have also have employed a back-up professional support desk for the rare times when we are not available to assist you.
House Rules:
*Street address and email address need to be provided to receive all arrival instructions.
*Renter data form to include occupant and emergency contact information, and full acceptance of the landlord's Terms of Occupancy are required within three days of booking acceptance.
*All Renters must submit ID & credit card verification to secure online portal. Minimum age to rent is 25.
*Daily energy fee to heat the pool and spa $60
*All renters may clean the BBQ grill & refill the BBQ propane tank to avoid fees associated with BBQ usage. Otherwise, tank refill is $15, cleaning is $35.
*Additional terms and conditions apply. You will receive a copy of our terms and conditions via email which you can sign digitally. This is not an executed contract until you sign a copy of the terms and conditions.
*Quiet hours after 9 p.m. are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
*Standard rates include up to 6 people 5 years of age and older. Occupancy levels above 6 will incur and additional occupancy charge of $20 per person, per night.

Arrival instruction are sent after completing online Renter Data Form including information about occupancy and vehicles required by the HOA. You will receive a personal property access code after 1 p.m. on the day of your arrival when you call our Arrival Line (number provided in arrival instructions email). For the safety and privacy of current renters, you will not be given the home's access code or exact address until the afternoon of your arrival. You will be given the location of the home's nearest cross streets.
Our standard arrival time is 4 p.m. and our departure time is 10 am although exceptions are made based on housekeeping, and between-occupancy maintenance requirements. All early arrivals and/or late departures must be authorized in advance and will incur a fee depending on the number of hours being requested.
Before departing the home, you will be asked to call our Departure Phone Line (number provided on departure sheet left at the home for you) and to leave a message indicating the time you will depart the home. This will alert the housekeepers to the best time to arrive to the home. You will also be asked to complete a Departure form which will include some minor household steps to ready the home for the post-occupancy property inspection and the arrival of the housekeeping staff.
Our home comes stocked with a starter supply of toiletries and perishables including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Household supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee filters and trash bags and general assortment of kitchen spices. All renters will be presented with the option to purchase a larger supply of the items mentioned above.
OPTIONAL SERVICES: After you book our home you will be required to complete an online form we call our Renter Data Form which serves as the Rental Agreement. After completing the online form you will be required to execute an IP Address verified digital version of the Rental Contract within 3 days of booking. The online form will provide you with an opportunity to purchase the following optional services.
All onlne purchases are fully refundable within 3 business days of purchase.
A) Worry-Free Rental provides you with absolute peace of mind knowing you'll be able to choose an alternative property from our designated inventory if you need to change homes for any reason after arriving to our home.
B) Trip Cancellation Protection offers an expanded refund policy to protect your payments in case you need to cancel your trip - some limitations apply. Please read the Rental Contract terms for details.
