This is a great house for 6-8 ppl with pool and ping pong tables. Backyard was very nice with pool and hot tub. They do have a Keurig and a small 4-6 cup coffee maker. The only negatives were uncomfortable beds in all but master, and cookware needs some replacements and additions (maybe cookie sheets and casserole dishes). Other than those issues, this house worked well for our Scottsdale vacation.

We stayed at Libby House over the New Years break. Highlights include: - Safe and quiet neighborhood - Lots of space for spreading out and relaxing...we were only 4, but the house would have been great for a larger group (~8) with multiple sitting areas, a big dining space and a game room - The outdoor space was really nice - with pool, multiple sitting areas, hot tub, etc. - The management company was very responsive to question The only downsides to consider: - Some aspects of the house/hot tub are a little dated...but I have to remind myself I'm only renting the place not buying:) And there were no issues with cleanliness. - You are a bit of a drive to old town and some of the more trendy areas in Scottsdale for restaurants, shopping, entertainment

I enlarge this was a good property. However, there were a few issues. 1.) one of my pet peeves with a VRBO is when the garbage is not emptied prior to a new occupant or there are not enough trash barrels to accommodate successive visits. This was the case here. When I went to take out the trash, it was full and the recyclables were nearly full….with trash 2.) it would be great if the place had more dishes and coffee mugs 3.) one of the cabinets is broken in the hallway leading to the kitchen. Simple issue - the bottom hinge needs to be screwed in. We tried to fix it, but could not find a phillips head screwdriver. 4.) hot tub needs vacuuming That is about it. Otherwise, the property is great for a groups as there are a lot of different spaces throughout the house to accommodate everyone

Some disappointments included not getting the door code to get in until finally reaching the Bart the home owner. No lights left on so we could see to get in. Once in...again, no lights & there is a step down to get to the light switch so my husband almost fell. That needs attention or someday some one is going to get really hurt. The carpeting in the 3 bedrooms is disgusting & should be replaced preferably with wood flooring like the master, which was beautiful. Since there are plenty of trees in the back of the house, the tree overlapping the roof & over the far end of the pool should be cut down as the birds crap all over the walkway & in the pool. It is horrible. There could be 2 more lounge chairs for the pool area & Pool towels. We shouldn't have to take a whole carryon suitcase in order to have pool/beach towels. The limited towel situation is ridiculous...we aren't vacationing so we can do laundry. The beds in 2 of the bedrooms are so low to the ground...we'd never seen beds that were that low & for older people its harder to get in & out of...weird! Now for the good stuff. The home layout is awesome & very inviting. The home owner was very nice. There was a pipe leak that flooded the back yard/patio. We called him right away & he came over with his pool guy & it was fixed. Bart was very appreciative & apologized for the inconvenience, which was nice. There definitely should be more pool floats for people like the turquoise one as the other ones need to be inflated & there was no pump. The pool was beautiful, the ping pong table was fun & everything provided a nice getaway for us. We would definitely rent this house again...especially if some of these issues were addressed.

Lovely property spoilt by the management company incapable of resolving several property issues during our stay. Previous guests left a mountain of trash in the yard, there was no sun parasol, x2 TV remotes were missing, the gas BBQ lid was broken and also did not work correctly and the oven / broil in the kitchen did not work for the duration of our stay. The owners kindly called over and provided a sun parasol & TV remotes. However the rental management team were poor. Although someone did come out and fix the BBQ lid, I cleaned the BBQ and got it fully working again. The kitchen oven / broil remained unusable throughout our stay, even despite a replacement being provided which was also defective. We changed our plans around several times to accommodate a repair guy to visit, but they never showed up. The management company then stopped replying to my complaints. We incurred additional food costs as result, having to eat out at restaurants etc more than we planned to. In summary a great property let down by poor management and communication.

While we enjoyed the location and layout of the house and outdoor area, this property lacked caring for the little things that make a place amazing. Pool cues and darts were broken, bar stools so wobbly they were not usable. Queen beds were very uncomfortable. The dryer took hours to dry a load of clothes. Kitchen smallwares were very worn or super cheap. If these things dont bother you, then it is a great property. Also I was confused by the title “Arabian Nights” in the description when it is known as “Libby House”??

We loved the house and basic layout. The pool was wonderful. Enjoyed playing pool and ping pong, however only 3 ping pong paddles, couldn’t play doubles and only 2 working pool cues, two had no tips and there was no chalk available. All 3 pool table stools terribly wobbly, accident waiting to happen. Pool room light didn’t work. The biggest disappointment was the kitchen. Not enough equipment and not in working order. Trouble w garbage disposal and oven. Bottom convection oven NEVER got to temperature. Top oven very small but worked however also errored out several times. No glass bowls or microwaveable pans to cook in microwave. I purchased and left several containers for lemon aid and punch, vegetable peeler, manual juicer, lg plastic storage bowls. Only Two mixing spoons, one almost bent in half when mixing noodles. Perfect amount of paper towels and toilet paper, much appreciated. Quality of bath and beach towels was very poor. Frig, ice maker, washer and dryer worked well. For the money there were too many below standard issues, sorry but would not return to this house.

Overall we had a wonderful stay at this lovely house. The layout was great for entertaining, the pool was super, and the other activities made for fun times. We would have preferred a couple changes to make it even better…..bath mats for the showers, additional kitchen supplies, and improved quality of the mattresses in two of the bedrooms. The beds were very low to the ground and the mattresses felt like very cheap foam. The pool was serviced the morning of our last day and it would have been nice to be given a warning that someone would be visiting. Also, there were very few/no checkout instructions for bedding, dishes, etc.

Wow! What a beautiful property in a beautiful part of town with easy access to the highway to go wherever you please! We have two under two, and it was so lovely to enjoy the pool with the kids. The rooms are spacious and cozy with smart tv’s in every room… and I mean, every room! The backyard is private with so many outdoor games and the pool makes this place awesome.
