Kitchen is fully stocked for those wanting to cook in and enjoy time at the home. Game area with fooseball table for entertainment. The backyard is truly the focal point of the home. It's very private which creates a peaceful ambiance. There is multiple seating areas for guests to gather including a firepit area. Sparkling pool with heating option and loungers to soak up that AZ sun.

Neighborhood is quiet and safe and has easy access to many local attractions and events. Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and Desert Ridge Marketplace are all just minutes away. Things to Note

This home is located in a quiet residential area and no loud parties will be tolerated in any way. We of course welcome our guests to have fun but please be respectful to the people that live here.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is a city ordinance.

Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Must give host at least 72 hour advance notice for pool heating.

If traveling with children 6 and under please notify manager for a pool safety notice.

Only registered guests are allowed at the property without prior consent and a maximum of 10 guests.

Must be at least 25 years of age to book.
