The check in and instructions were clear, it was clean. Close proximity to the pool, within walking distance to shopping, Old Town and restaurants. We reached out to ask the renter to provide us with some chairs for on the small patio, no response, for our entire stay. There was one broken chair out there. The unit is dated with some trendy updates. The kitchen was lacking some kitchen essentials.

I'll start with parking. As stated the covered spot was mere feet away from entrance. Key was easily accessible. The condo itself, was very enjoyable. Big rooms. We traveled with small children and it was still accommodating. The pool was very nice, and it was not far away. We didn't take advantage of the laundry room, so I cannot speak on that, but it seemed clean and upkept as I walked by numerous times. The communication was on par. The house was stocked with basics for cooking and such, which we did. The only thing they don't have is storage containers, but they provide seran wrap and multiple glass bowls.it worked just fine. There were a few things that came up that needed attention, which was taken care of without interrupting our stay. Overall, it was as I labeled the title, very enjoyable.

The place was clean and the area was quiet. The home was properly equipped with essential supplies. There were extra pillows, blankets, towels, cleaning supplies, and cooking essentials. The nights and mornings were quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this place to anyone for a short or long term stay.

Property managers were very easy to communicate with. Place is located in a very good spot. Everything was easily ubered to and from. Would absolutely y stay here again.

The condo was exactly as stated. Great location and in walking distance to restaurants and shoppers. Would definitely stay there again.

This was a safe and clean environment that was close to many restaurants and other attractions. Very quiet which was great. So much better than a load hotel.

There were a few things that could have been better there needed to be an outside light close to the front door had a hard time seeing the door lock there was no soap dish in the upstairs bathroom it was very warm upstairs and there was no instruction as to how to use the TV but over all we had a pleasant stay

We liked the location. We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got no response. He did give us the correct wifi.

Great location near Old Town Scottsdale, and the Scottsdale Fashion Mall. Very clean condo. We really enjoyed the pool especially with the hot June weather. Great A/C, Good WiFi, and very quiet for being in such a central location.

Great location near Old Town Scottsdale restaurants and perfect for multiple travelers to stay in a place that is like the comfort of home. Very responsive property manager and excellent customer service.

Bart accommodated me at the last moment while I was moving to Scottsdale and waiting to move into my new home. Barts location is very close to everything in the heart of Scottsdale, from a variety of grocery stores, the mall to some of the best places to dine at in the area. No need to drive your car around as everything is in walking distance. I definitely recommend anyone coming to Scottsdale, Arizona book this fantastic location.

You're near everything you would need and want. You can walk to the mall if you want. It's an older place that's been remodeled so it isn't perfect but I thought it was great. It has everything you need. It has a TV in every room which helps when you're with kids. I would stay again.
