This 2 BR 2 Bath with private garage is newly remodeled as of January 1, 2019. Owner is a remodeling contractor who enjoys putting together vacation rentals that meet the standards that they would hope for while traveling. Well equiped and very clean condo which includes professional cleaning along with commercially cleaned and pressed bedding for our guest when they arrive. Upgraded mattress and mattress covers along with cable TV and wifi.
Condo location is set at the gateway to the Foothills along the Rillito river walk. Close to downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona. Great Dinning, shopping recreation and convieniences within walking distance. two swimming pools with spas along with a clubhouse and fitness center. World class golf courses, scenic hiking trails, farmers market and La Encantada shopping mall. From nights in with friends to nights out on the town, sunny days by the pool or long afternoons at the links, its all within easy reach.
