Beautiful home that was a perfect location for our daughters ASU graduation. Very spacious home and quick contact with owner for any questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again

This house is located in a quite neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and Sloan Park. We found the house well equipped with new bath and pool towels, pool floats, high chair and Pack & Play. The kitchen had everything necessary for an enjoyable trip. Any questions were answered by the owner in a timely and extremely efficient manner. A wonderful job by housekeeping having the location ready for our visit.

Tons of space to stretch out in this house! Kitchen was amazing and well stocked with cooking supplies. Came down for the Sprouts Mesa Marathon with my wife, daughter and in-laws...everyone had their own room and the house was so comfortable and perfect! Neighborhood was quiet and relaxed...and the location of the house put us in close proximity to the 101 so we could get around Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix, etc very quickly. My wife and I took a Lyft to downtown Tempe for a date and it was only $11 from the house which was solid. As we checked in we met with the owner (Dawn) who was so sweet and welcoming and had really set up the house well for us. It was also pretty cool to have a tree in the backyard with fresh grapefruits ready to go! My daughter loved picking a fresh grapefruit each day for breakfast. All in all it was the right choice for our trip and we will look to book it again if we come back for another race in the future (highly likely). Highly recommend this spot for groups similar to ours as it is very family friendly. Thanks again to Dawn for a great stay.

We were in town for my daughter's ASU graduation. The location was perfect and the house was terrific. The kitchen us well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the great pool and patio. I would definitely stay again the next time we're in Tempe.

This was the first time we ever did VRBO or Airbnb. I´m so happy we choose this home. Dawn was amazing to work with and even added ESPN to her dish network so my husband could watch during our 10 day stay. Dawn was always easy to contact and always got back to me when I had any questions. The house is fantastic, each room is decorated so tastefully and you can tell she took the time to think of everything including luggage racks. The house is centrally located with just about anything you need within less than a mile. We were here for my sons wedding and just had an amazing time. Unfortunately it was too cold for the pool but I certainly enjoyed the view and the backyard. There is a beautiful grapefruit tree which was in full bloom and we were even able to eat a couple. The neighborhood is very very quiet and there is a canal behind the home where you could walk every morning. I would not change a thing about this home. Our host was amazing and very accommodating Thank you so much Dawn, we will certainly be back, Mike and Kelly Fields from Ohio 😊�🌴�😊�🌴�😊�🌴�😊�🌴�😊�🌴�😊�🌴�
