We had an wonderful time in this gorgeous home. It was clean, beautiful and peaceful. We loved sitting by the pool looking at the flowers and listening to the birds sing. It was easy to cook in the amazing kitchen. Debra was the most amazing host imaginable. She was there for whatever we needed. We wish we could go back tomorrow!

We had an amazing stay! The house was super cute ! From the furniture to the pool everything was super modern and up to date! Very clean, very well organized and ran! I will be sure to be back if i am in the area again!

We came in for a weekend for spring training. The home is clean, great location and easy to manage (TV, music, pool, etc...). Great communication throughout the whole process. Plus, we had a scheduling snafu beyond our control and the owners were completely understanding and accommodating. Will definitely be back next year!

This house was absolutely perfect for the three couples that stayed there. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. Great location to downtown Scottsdale which is only a few minutes away. The kitchen has all the amenitity's you would need to cook at the house and all the furniture was comfortable and clean. Debra is a great host and is easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again if the opportunity to return to Scottsdale presents itself. Highly recommend!

First, to start, Debra H. our property manager was fantastic. She went above and beyond what I would ever have expected. We rent house 2 or 3 times a year and she delivered the best customer experience we have even had! The property had a perfect layout inside and out. Excellent kitchen, great bedrooms, huge living and dinning area and a terrific yard with a pool. I would stay here again in a second. I don't have a single complaint.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. 7 of my friends and myself spent our first weekend in Scottsdale for the Waste Management Open Golf Tournament. The house was very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 4 total beds. Everything in the house has modern fixtures and furniture and worked to spec. We all hung out in the living/dining area due to the open floor plan. We definitely used the kitchen and cooked our own dinners on the stovetop and bbq which was nice for saving a few dollars and spending quality time after the event. Used the pool/jacuzzi daily and lounged on the patio/grass area. It did take 1 day to heat up so make sure you turn on the heater when you enter the property. In terms of location, we were 20 minutes south of TPC Scottsdale and the Frank Lloyd Wright property (North Scottsdale) and only a 5 minute uber ride from the bars/restaurants in Old Town Scottsdale. Very convenient and central to Phoenix as it was also less than 15 minutes to the airport. Debra was helpful from the onset and allowed us to have a late checkout when we were flying back to LA (THANK YOU!). She was also accessible if we were to need her but let us have our privacy throughout the stay. Not sure if this is possible, but one small thing would be for the patio glass doors to not automatically close. This way, renters can have the screen doors open to let in a nice breeze. Hands down, would definitely book again especially for the price if you are planning to stay in hotels in surrounding Scottsdale!

Family and Friends enjoyed our stay in the property! Open space was perfect for entertaining. Location was everything! It was minutes from Scottsdale shopping. We´re looking forward to rent the house again! Thank you!
