I was in town for a 2 week training and this was a perfect place to stay. It had everything I needed and was convienant to down town Phoenix. My hosts Jon and Stephne were attentive to questions and any needs. Highly recommend for short or longer stay!😁 THANKS STEPHNE AND JON!

5.0   -   A studio that you must stay at and enjoy. Not one thing missing.

Stephne and Jon have went all out on this studio and super nice people. All the extras you can imagine. Snackies, eggs and drinks in the fridge when you arrive. Beautiful roomy studio and very comfy 2 seater recliner and king size bed. Huge walk in closet and lots of extras (hair dryer etc. etc.) in the washroom as well. We enjoyed the firepit outside on the cooler evenings. Perfect back yard for sun tanning and comfy out door furniture to sit on as well. Everything you can imagine to cook on. We enjoyed many meals outside. Also, have to mention lots to do in that area where they are living. Beautiful park, golf courses only 2 minutes away. Our stay was 2 weeks and enjoyed ever minute of it. We will be back.

5.0   -   Great hideaway close to Phoenix

My wife and a I had a lovely stay at this little guesthouse. If you plan on spending most of your time exploring the area, and retiring to the guesthouse at night, this is perfect. The bed is large and sleeps great. The small kitchen can take care of leftovers, drinks, and simple meals. The living area is perfect to watch a few shows once the sun goes down. The shower is small, but does the trick. My wife and I had a bit of specialized need this time around. We were fleeing the snow in Michigan, and spent our days remote working and our nights seeing the sites. For that purpose, it worked, but wasn't ideal. Internet speed is ~30 mbps. Sufficient for internet, and surprisingly handled simultaneous video calls alright. It did not handle two streams of Youtube.tv. There isn't really space for working, so we ended up on the tall bar the separates the kitchen from the living area. We both stood to work (the bathmats are lush and really helped out here) and had two monitors each. My wife spent a lot of time on the phone, so I took a couple of calls in the closet off the bathroom - it's impressively sound proof :) If I was grading on how well this works for 2 people that need to work all week, I'd give it a 3 out of 5. We made it work, but it was really cozy. But as a place to stay near Phoenix - 5 out of 5. Hard to beat the price, easy to get into downtown or Glendale, and friendly hosts.
