This SINGLE STORY Townhome has been fully renovated and especially designed to accommodate a large family or even two families: (12 guests plus a baby):
- Master bedroom: KING size bed -> fits 2 guests
- Bedroom 1: QUEEN size bed plus Roll-out Trundle bed -> fits 3
- Bedroom 2: TRIPLE Bunk Bed plus TWIN size bed with Pull-out Trundle bed -> fits 5.

If your group or family is even larger (12 guests), our sofa in the living room has a FULL size mattress: fits 2 guests;
Plus, we have a portable Graco play-pen and high chair available upon request.

The unit contains two full bathrooms:
The first bathroom is in the hallway and contains a standard height bathtub (with dual shower head with handle and assisting handle bar).
The second bathroom is inside the Master Bedroom and contains a standing shower (with easy access, shower seating capability, assisting handle bars, and dual shower head with handle).

The Townhome has 2 assigned covered parking spots (plus several visitor parking spots inside the complex).

The location of this house is truly one of its best qualities:
Literally right next to the Tempe water park "Escalante Pool", Fitness gym, Muay Thai boxing gym.

The Townhome is located inside the well-known "University Ranch" complex. You will find that it is kept green all year round with nice tall trees and green grass all around. Our Townhome is very private in the sense that you will feel that all the yard and trees are part of the property.

The Community swimming pool has a heated Spa/whirlpool next to it. Plus a nice Ramada for your parties and gatherings [see photos]

In addition, the complex is walking distance from the Tempe Escalante swimming pool: A seasonal outdoor water park featuring lap swimming lanes and a zero depth entry. The play pool offers water features and a nice water slide (excellent for kids!) [see photo - check website for pool days/hours]
