Includes 2 covered parking spaces, private patio and grassy side yard. Security screens on all 3 doors to enjoy the fresh air. Inside is a brick wood-burning fireplace, a full kitchen with granite countertops and all amenities: garbage disposal, dishes, pots/pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot and more. Also included is a stackable washer/drier and full-length mirrored closet doors in the spacious bedrooms.
