Casa Palmilla is an incredible home that takes your breath away when you walk in the door. It is beautifully decorated and the backyard/pool area is amazing! The home is well-stocked-- there's everything from pantry items to extra tissues, etc. It made our stay much more comfortable and feel like a home away from home. Kim was excellent and we had great communication from beginning to end. She made us feel like the home was "our" vacation home. I love that the home was all on one floor, while still being incredibly spacious. We had more than enough room for my husband and I, my in-laws, and our two daughters. Overall, I would highly recommend Casa Palmilla and look forward to staying here next time we come to Phoenix!

This is the third rental house we have done in this area and by far the best. Beautiful property, responsive owners, very clean and well-stocked. We hope to be back!

The house was perfect. The yard/pool was perfect. The location couldn´t have been better. Overall this was the best rental house we´ve ever had. The house was large and comfortable. Multiple large living spaces, and the outdoor living/dining areas make the house feel twice as large as it already is. The location can´t be beaten in north Phoenix. 5 minutes to restaurants and shopping. 15 minutes to amazing golf courses. 20 Minutes to the best mall in Phoenix. It´s the perfect family get away location.

We highly recommend this home & hope to rent here again. We would give it ten+ stars if we could. My family thought this was the best home we´ve stayed at in the Phoenix area. Kim, the owner, was great to work with & responded quickly to emails, voicemails, & texts. You felt very safe staying here. The home is outside the busy city, so you enjoy the quiet neighborhood & the stars and moon in the beautiful sky at night. The home is spacious & beautifully furnished. Everything is new & clean. The furniture, mattresses, & linens are very comfortable. The seating in the great room is ample for large families. The kitchen is nicely equipped & stocked. The central island is convenient to work at & sit around to eat & chat. We found everything we needed was provided. We liked the layout of the house. You had plenty of room to gather together in the great room & eat together in the dining room, and you could find privacy & quiet in the bedrooms, sitting area, living room, and dining room. There is room outside to be together or spread out to have some quiet time. Wifi was outstanding! The outside is beautifully landscaped. The backyard is a sanctuary in itself; it is inviting, relaxing, & calming. The seating outside is ample for large families too. We tremendously enjoyed the pool. It is outstanding & a nice size. We are hardy swimmers, so we tolerated the cooler air temperatures in December. The outside gas grill was a good quality grill. The outdoor fire pits are a wonderful bonus, letting you enjoy cooler evenings outside by the fire. We loved sitting outside by them. There is considerable space in the driveway at the house. Keeping the car in the spacious garage was a treat. The neighborhood is close to shopping: grocery stores, drug stores, Target, Starbucks, restaurants, movie theaters, gas stations, & more. If you go during December, the Desert Ridge area is beautifully decorated for Christmas. We love to hike & play golf. There are hiking trails & several golf courses close by the home. You will find walking paths around the neighborhood & two nicely kept neighborhood parks. There are many parks close by the home. You are within a quick drive to Scottsdale & Old Scottsdale. We shopped & dined at both. The location of this home is perfect to get wherever you want to go. State Route 51 is an easy drive & scenic route to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Overall, the home provided many amenities & was a great value for the week!!

A very nice neighborhood in the north part of town. The house and back yard are very inviting and comfortable. Nest thermostats and ceiling fans make temperature control a breeze, and the furniture is very comfortable. There's garage space for two vehicles, but given the nice neighborhood, we just parked in the driveway. This was a guys' golf weekend, but the home would be perfect for any groups, or even a couple looking for a peaceful retreat. There's a TV room next to the kitchen, with three bedrooms beyond that. The center of the house is a living room with gas fireplace and formal dining area. The other end of the house is the large master suite. It's a great layout with privacy for everybody, and good soundproofing for those sleeping-in. I highly recommend this vacation home.
