The property is awesome. We had our college reunion with 26 adults and had a blast for 3 days. The gazebo and all the rooms are very spacious and luxurious. There is plenty of room outdoors, around the pool for hanging out and playing. The location is beautiful with Camelback mountain in the background. So many stores are nearby if you need to buy something you forgot. The reason I gave 4 stars (instead of 5) are: - Pool was not heated when we arrived, even after we had paid $500 fees. The good thing is the owner understood that we could not use the pool, so he refunded our fees. - A couple of airbeds had leaks. The owner has promised to look into it be more prepared. - They had only one game (bean bag throw). With such a huge property rented to large group of people, I wish they had few other games like – pool table, table tennis etc.

Location is beautiful and very convenient. house was spacious but had a lot of little things that did not work like shower head in master, shower not draining in guest shower, dishwasher not working, ice machine not working, lights not working, pool was filthy,

The house was perfect for all of our family and friends that met us. It is an amazing place to hold an event. The location was good with restaurants and shopping near by. We also were able to hike close to the house. The owner and management was great about quickly answering any questions we had. The yard was amazing and we had a lot of fun in the pool and hot tub.

The property manager Cory was unbelievable. He saved our disastrous trip by helping us book this rental last minute. He bent over backwards to make sure we were accommodated and everything was taken care of. He was Attentive and a paid attention to all details. He was extremely thorough and always was timely with return phone calls and had the home just as we asked.it was just perfect! He made every arrangement to help us have a wonderful stay. All property manager should take a lesson from him he was outstanding. Made our trip perfect. The home was clean and comfortable! Great linens and beds plenty of towels everything in great working order ...The home was immaculate spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and the backyard was perfect. We could Not ask for anything better! A+ We are so grateful to Paris and the owners it was an unbelievable trip because of this home and our stay. They did everything possible to help us and we are so grateful. Saved the trip! Called him last minute to book the answer to accommodate if they helped and they continue to help throughout the whole trip. Always answer the phone never disappeared! Thank you for a wonderful stay and accommodating us so much!

This property was absolutely perfect - design, size, location, layout - it met our vacation needs in every way. Very easy to communicate with the owners, very responsible before, during, and after the trip. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a large property with a great backyard and pool. 5 stars.

This estate is a fantastic property for groups of all sizes. We used this beautiful estate for parts of a 45-person corporate retreat, in addition to a place for some of the members of our group to stay. The house has great indoor and outdoor common areas for food & conversation, as well as many rooms good for splitting off into smaller groups. When you add in the gorgeous views of Camelback Mountain (especially at sunset!), it all adds up to an impressive and spectacular place to stay or host events. Corey (one of the property managers) was fantastic with communication, and very sensitive to our group's needs -- he even went out of his way to pick up some extra things for our group after we checked in. Highly recommended!
