Our month long stay was very enjoyable. The condo was comfortably furnished and the kitchen was well, stocked. It was a nice touch to arrive to snacks, cold bottles water and a good bottle of wine. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be centrally located, close to activities and the freeways. The only downside to the property was not enough towels and an unheated pool. Otherwise it was great!

We so much enjoyed our stay and wished to return next year but part of the time was already booked. It was furnished nicely, was clean, comfortable and located in a very nice area with markets, church and shopping close by. The only problem we encountered was the operation of the nest thermostat. A call to Ben and the system started immediately. A good value for an enjoyable getaway from the cold and snow of northwest Illinois! Thank you.

Comfortable condo, nice heated pool. Some road noise, but phone app that supplied white noise worked well for us.

We had a great stay but do have a few suggestions. We couldn´t get the news or regular TV, only streaming. It would be nice to have known there was no cable or if they had it, directions on how to run the TV remote. Thanks for the wine and chips. However, the chips were very old and the taste had gone bad. We parked in space 102 but couldn´t open the drivers door. So we backed in and the space was still too small with the car next to us and still had to climb over the console to get out of the car. We parked in guest parking after that.

This was the perfect place for my family's stay for my son's graduation. Plenty of room for 6 of us and clean. Only complaint it was a bit noisy with traffic but not to bad. Would stay again.

We had a great month at this property. Decorated nicely, well stocked kitchen. We had some trouble with the TV also but was assisted quickly following a phone call. It is a great location, close to many restaurants and grocery stores and easy access to the freeways. Our only problem was the street noise, we got used to it at night and was not a problem sleeping, however sitting on the deck was noisy. We loved the pool, warm and very clean.

We enjoyed our three-day stay in this lovely condo. The owner has it decorated beautifully, and left us thoughtful things such as snacks on the counter and bottled water in the fridge. The "Nest" heating and cooling system worked well, and provided a night light for us for trips to the bathroom. We loved the spacious living room where we visited with our friends we met up with in Tempe. The condo is located near eating places, and we enjoyed a drive through the city over to Scottsdale, which isn't far at all. The condo IS right by a road, and there was some road noise at bedtime. Otherwise, it was a nice, quiet area. We also struggled with trying to figure out the use of the many option on the TV. We never did find a "plain old" TV station for news, winter Olympics, etc.
