The house was very clean and spacious. The grandkids especially enjoyed the video games. The house is located in a nice, centrally located area of Scottsdale, Phoenix area. I would definitely stay again.

This property has the potential to be amazing! It’s beautiful and in a great neighborhood. It just really needs some attention and love. Some things that need attention… -front walk way tile broken, unsafe to walk -front door was unlocked when we arrived -guest bathroom toilet hard to flush -shower knob in guest bathroom coming off -no bbq / grill utensils - asked several times to get dropped off. Never did. We bought our own -many door handles are loose -ice maker frozen over, host suggested we buy our own bag of Ice -behind cook top very dirty -lounge chair by pool has screws missing from back rest -grill area was filthy -pool deck was filthy , broken and cracked deck tile in numerous places -bottom of pool was not cleaned -hand rail to jacuzzi was rotted and broken, very unsafe - only one jet worked in the jacuzzi -no clicker for garage -hose outside didn’t work We could have watered down the deck so you don’t need sandals to walk and we could have swept the pool but there was no pool broom or working water hose I have pictures of the things mentioned above. Host was very responsive but did not resolve the issues.

Decided to try a different location this year for spring break. We were looking for a location near all the fun Scottsdale and Phoenix has to offer. Our house search included one with a pool, hot tub, and activities for the kids. This house checked all the boxes! A bonus we didn’t know we were looking for was a quiet neighborhood, perfect for morning walks. Host was responsive when we had questions. Thank you for a great trip!

Overall we had a very nice stay. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, although it seemed that some of the hot tub jets weren't functioning properly. Plenty of space for the six of us and a good sized kitchen. Beds were comfortable and everyone got good sleep. Air hockey was fun as well, but there seemed to be something wrong with the air blowing up through the table...didn't seem like enough air for the puck to glide? Ice maker in the fridge wasn't working and it seems it's been that way for a while judging from past reviews. Also, the Keurig wasn't working. Fortunately there was another coffee maker for brewing a pot, so we dumped a few pods in and used it that way. The pool area also didn't seem to be cleaned up before we arrived. Nice place, just needs a little TLC.

You could tell right away that this Airbnb was run by management. We did end up having the issue that the irrigation pipe burst, and since communication was only able to be made me a texting it was difficult to get the issue resolved quickly. During our stay most if not all of the utensils and dishes were dirty that could have been from previous tenants assuming but either way they did have to be cleaned before they could be used. We found a cockroach in the inside restroom under the sink and a couple cockroaches in the outdoor bathroom. We had requested an early check-in and never received feedback that our request was granted or denied, we received our check in information less than an hour before we were due to check in.

This home was an amazing house to rent for a few days while in town for my GCU commencement. There’s ample bedrooms/beds, space to hang out, and an amazing backyard with pool and lawn games. This was our first time in Scottsdale, and we’re already planning a return trip to the area, and will definitely look into this property again.

We would have given this property all 5 stars but maintenance seems to be an issue inside and outside. We fixed, or made work, the spray nozzle on the kitchen sink. Button to stop flow was stuck half shut. Ice maker in fridge wasn’t working. Had to pull ice tray out and thaw the ice maker with a hair dryer. It was just one big slab of ice. Been like this for a while! Other than that inside was great! Outside front entrance and back yard was full of dirt, leaves and small tree branches. Cleaned all that up so you could walk around without shoes. Washed pool area down but drain along pool is plugged and pit to drain area with a sump pump was completely plugged with mud and debris. Pump needs to be changed and pit cleaned. Water feature is supposed to be broke. Water feature works just fine but feature is cracked so bad water leaks out both side into landscaping. All cracks need to be repaired then it will work just fine. Water line for landscaping broke along back wall. Shoots water up wall and waters neighbors orange tree twice a day. Several hundred gallons of water wasted daily! Neighbor to the North has same problem but watering nothing in this yard! The grill area was just nasty! The one working grill was really nice but had three cheese circles from last grill use. Beer cans, beer tops and garbage all over. Swept and cleaned everything then not so bad. Hot tub needs some TLC! Does not heat and the filter cover is about all gone. This was a really nice property at one time but now is getting run down. Keeping everything working and clean should be of the highest importance for owners investment and future returns!!!

Great experience this is by far the best Airbnb I have ever experienced with all the amenities my birthday experience in Arizona was absolutely fabulous there was a little lack of communication when it came to the hot water / cold air however once talking with Bert he jumped on it n had someone come fix our issues. Great Airbnb would most definitely recommend Thank you all !!

Hi, I wanted to give some feedback, depending on response will depend on my my online review. we were asked to change houses which is fine. We were not given updated information and all communication was done through the original reservation. As such we went to the wrong house upon arrival and had to go to the map and find the address of the new property. The property was nice. There were 8 people and the house was equipped for 6. There were 6 pool towels. Also, the listing stated a 3rd bathroom which I had asked for access to and o one came to allow us to access it. we had been asking since Wednesday. We found this home ill equipped with some things (food storage containers (there were none) we purchased a cheese grater and left for the next tenants. The mini fridge in the bar area didn't work as well. We had to request a blow-dryer and a broom that were delivered right away, Thank you. We purchased ziploc bags and tinfoil for our stay and would have also appreciated to have cling wrap of some sort. The instructions in the book stated that there was a remote in the basket for the "drapes" for the patio, this was nowhere to be found, the light in the pool didn't work. We cleaned the misters around the patio as they were spraying lines of water rather than misting. The patio area was quite a mess when we arrived and there was no outside broom to be found. The landscapers came on Friday and cleaned this up with very loud equipment. Overall we had a great time (it's the people you are with that matter) but there were definitley some things that could have been taken care of and supplied. I will await your response prior to posting a public review. Thanks

The location was good. The house was pretty dirty. The lighting is pretty bad and some bulbs were out on top of that. No where to put luggage/clothes in rooms. We had to clean the pool area from leaves and yuck before we could sit out there. No garbage bins in the garage like it said in booklet.

We had a really great time at Bart’s place. The communication before our arrival and during our stay was super fast and convenient. The place was clean, and well-stocked with towels and sheets.

This place was the perfect get away for a weekend of relaxing with some friends. Place was clean and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Bart was extremely prompt on responding to us and we’ll definitely stay again. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Nice, large home with beautiful backyard space. Well appointed with all necessities. Bart was extremely responsive! There was four of us - two couples - in town for a long weekend of golf, hiking, and good food and the location was perfect. Close proximity to a wide variety of options in all three categories. Home shows a bit of wear on par with a home that sees rental traffic but it was very clean, organized, and the backyard features and amenities were awesome. No complaints!

There were 3 couples , Only disappointed to find 3rd bathroom outside by hot tub so 4 of us had to share bathroom but managed. Called Bart because we couldn’t figure out ceiling fan light in bar area. He came right over and showed us how to operate. Looking forward to staying again...

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed, and relative to some other Airbnb’s we have rented, the kitchen was better stocked with cookware and staples like cooking oil and spices. For our family that likes to cook that was a big plus. We found the location convenient to both city conveniences and dining and outdoor attractions. Thanks for being a great host.

We were 5 adults & 2 kids staying for a week. The beds were comfortable, the couch was cozy & Bart was Patricia were very responsive. The Master bedroom and bathroom were impressive and each additional bedroom had ample accommodations for a comfortable stay.

Very clean and centrally located to where we wanted to be for golf. Bart is an excellent host, we had a shower issue and he sent someone over immediately to remedy the situation. I would not hesitate to stay in this home on our next visit!

We just got back from a four day stay in this house and we all thought it was spectacular! Yes, the location is fantastic as everyone said it would be, but in our case that was to be expected. What's never a guarantee is the condition of the house and the proper functioning of your every day amenities. We had no complaints!! This house was very clean and had way more of your every day supplies than what we expected such as a cooler and pool towels. We spent most of our time near the outdoor propane fire pit and outdoor bar, which we loved! What I thought was kind of neat was the additional supplies that were left from one guest to the next (or so we guess that was the case) that usually gets confiscated by the cleaning crew, but instead was being paid forward. Whether it's laundry pods or plastic cups, next guests appreciate the leftovers (non-perishable, of course!)
