Studio/room with private exterior entrance (key pad entry) and separate bathroom (200 SQFT). The studio/room is attached to the main house but has no access to the main house.Your room has security/sound baffling opposite your doors for privacy. King size bed with crisp white sheets, bedding and towels. For summer months we have provided your own air conditioning unit for your comfort, controlled by you. Your room looks onto a private yard, patio set, mature mesquite trees and a bocce ball court for your use. You also have access to a pool and jacuzzi in a separate yard. The yard kind of wraps around the house, pretty private and comfortable if you would like to use the pool. Our tortoise, Tito likes to sun near your doors, he is very social! Sombrero Peak and The Saguaro National monument are a 5 minute walk with bike trails galore!. Downtown is a quick 15 minute ride, a huge outlet mall with designer stores and restaurants to suit any taste within 2-5 miles. Your room is equipped with a fold out desk, mini refrigerator/freezer, wall mounted TV, microwave, coffee maker, super awesome lit make up mirror, plastic flatware and paper goods. 420 approved. We supply coffee, creamer, sweetener and some light snacks like popcorn or peanuts when you check in. Whether you are here for the gem show , to visit family or for an event you will enjoy your stay. We are generally on the property but you won't see us much unless you need us! Enjoy!
There is an outdoor patio (with furniture) and grill for your private use. Smoking is allowed outside only. 420 approved outside on the Patio.
FYI - One pet is welcome but if you have more than one pet, please call and we can discuss. We have a large area for the pet but cannot be responsible for your pet if left unattended in the yard. Also, the pool is not heated in the winter. If you'd like to use the jacuzzi it takes about an hour to heat up.
