  • Great location, cozy bungalow!

    5 of 5

This was a great place for several months in Tucson while working at U of Arizona. Quiet, Conveniently located for both the university and lots of outdoor activities. I enjoyed the nearby yoga studio and frequent breakfasts at Franks Diner.

  • A Great Place in the City!

    5 of 5

Ed's place is centrally located in Tucson. While the house is dated (small rooms, narrow kitchen, etc) it turned out to be an excellent choice for our time in Tucson. It's near everything: Restaurants, taverns, supermarkets, etc. Also, it's within driving distance to Tucson's "sights to see": Sabino Canyon, both Saguaro National Parks, the Sonoran Desert Museum, Old Tucson and many more. The huge back yard offers a barbeque area. Washer and dryer are located in an attached room. There is also a built-in dishwasher - an amenity not found in many older rentals. All in all, Ed's place is a great jumping-off place for Tucson exploring.

  • Enjoy Tucson

    4 of 5

My first trip to Tucson and we stayed two week. Location was centralized and home provide private retreat. Very comfortable home and wonderful private backyard. The garage area was not available for us, due to prior renter taking opener. Home was tidy and owners very friendly. Would be helpful to have any instructions written and left with us. Recommend this stay.

  • Leaving today and wishing we had booked 2 weeks instead of one

    5 of 5

At first glance, the house seems smaller than I thought and the neighborhood seems rather shabby. But after being here for a week, the place is great. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and fantastic location, this house met our needs perfectly. Nice touches like actual laundry soap and a pound of freshly ground Starbucks along with a large fresh bar of Irish Spring soap awaited us also. The back yard is really large, which was super since we had our 2 Welsh Corgis with us. The side streets also made for good walking. BEST part was the restaurant Frank's just 1/2 block away. We ate breakfast there every morning, and although they switch to Mexican food in the evenings, we never made it there for dinner but heard it was great. What we don't know yet is about getting our deposit back but you can be sure if there is a problem, we will write another review!

  • Great home away from home

    5 of 5

This charming and beautifully equipped home was perfect for my adult daughter and me for a visit to Tucson. We had everything necessary for comfort. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe feeling. We walked around the corner to a neighborhood institution known as Franks/Francisco's where we had breakfast several mornings and dinner one evening. It seems that all of my relatives knew the place! We used this as a base for visiting family; sightseeing; hiking and more. Ed and Joe have a winner here. We would stay again without a second thought.
