  • Very Nice

The unit was small with only a kitchen, bedroom and bath. There was no TV but wifi was provided. Perefect for a QUIET get away.

  • Cute and convenient!

    5 of 5

Thanks Debra, we had a great time! Your instructions and details were spot on. We didn't have any trouble locating or getting into the property. It was quite convenient to the uptown Sedona area! We hiked all day, walked into town in the evening and enjoyed the hot tub at night. The kitchen had enough fixings to make breakfast and dinner a few nights. Your text support provided sense of security. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking to enjoy the Sedona area.

  • Charming Sedona Inn

    5 of 5

Great little getaway with a lovely garden that we enjoyed in the pm after hikes for wine and cheese. The little kitchen was perfect for breakfast and lunches. Very comfy bed with skylights to see the stars at night. A treasure of a place!

    4 of 5

Wonderful property close enough to walk to uptown but away from the busy life. Hot tub was great and the skylights yo see the stars. Owner is wonderful and check a couple times just to see if we needed anything. Will be my first pick at lodging when we return to Sedona.

  • Cute, Clean and cozy

    5 of 5

Very clean, organized, and well prepared by Debra. This VRBO was just right. Great artwork and decor inside. Perfect location. Debra was very accommodating and thoughtful when it came to the heat and the A/C. Really things couldn't have been better. Only thing is VRBO gives different check in and check out times. Check out is at 10am. Not Noon. I had stayed into the cleaning ladies time there. But there was no harm, so no foul play. Will be recommending her Inn to my friends and family!

  • Absolutely Adorable!!!

    5 of 5

My best friend and I came out to Sedona to hike, relax, site see and a little yoga. This little house was just perfect. Full of amazing art, books to read and a full kitchen. We loved our stay. Thanks to Debra!

We loved the place! A perfect location for our stay in Sedona. Easy walking access to all the shops and restaurants and short drives to the red rock hiking sites.

  • Quiet and secluded, yet walking distance to the crowds

    4 of 5

My wife and I had a great time in this extremely clean get away. The hot tub was always hot and private. The kitchen had all we could need or want. Easy access to the main road to easily and quickly go in all directions. Great little hideaway.

  • Super clean, private apartment

    5 of 5

This apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to tourist shops, services and eateries. The apartment is easy to find with a dedicated parking spot. It was enjoyable watching the lightening through the 2 skylights in the bedroom. Although this is a corner property, using the jacuzzi proved to be private. The owner provided basic toiletries, books, CDs and speakers for your own device. I would rent this apartment again.

  • Serene

    4 of 5

Great location, within walking distance of everything uptown while still very quiet and peaceful, a cozy refuge. It was so relaxing to hear the rain on the bedroom skylights in the afternoon and evening, although they do bring the morning light in early. Host is gracious and discreet. Amazing backyard/garden. We really enjoyed our stay.

  • Relaxing

    5 of 5

A very nice little VRBO! It is the perfect relaxing space to return to after a long day of hiking through the Red Rock Country of Sedona! The bed is super comfortable, the garden area is perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book, and the Jacuzzi is just what sore muscles need after all the hiking!

  • Peaceful spot walking distance to uptown restaurants

    4 of 5

Yard was fabulous, neighborhood peaceful, easy access to highway 89 in both directions, hot shower, ceiling fan and AC worked well, cheerful, artistic, colorful decorations. Jacuzzi very relaxing. Debra very helpful and informative. Instruction and suggestion book gave us good ideas of things to do. Highly recommended. Only suggestions would be to have covers on the skylights in summer- it got a little warm during the day when the sun shone through the skylights. Not sure what can be done about the bed— creaky every time someone moves, and I think the head of the bed may slightly lower than the foot. I ended up sleeping with my feeet at the head board side.

  • Great Sedona Location

    4 of 5

A very nice spot for touring the Sedona locale. Easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Only reason we gave it a 4 star instead of 5 were the cramped quarters.

  • Great location, quiet and pleasant

    5 of 5

This place was perfect for our stay in Sedona. It was a quick walk to so many things in uptown, but it was also very quiet and relaxing. Debra is very nice and is available easily by text. She checked on us to make sure everything was good and the check in/out was super easy. Highly recommend this for a couple visiting Sedona.

  • Well appointed lodging for two

    5 of 5

We went to Sedona specifically for its mountain biking, and this place was perfect for lounging around between rides. The hot tub and canopied patio was a great place to relax out of the sun, and the lawn a nice place to drink a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The inside of the unit was smallish, but made great use of space. It didn't seemed cramped for my wife and I. As other reviews mention there is no living room, just a bedroom and kitchen with a dining area. There are lots of storage options in the bedroom and the kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. You can tell the owner was deliberate in furnishing this place to provide guests with a very comfortable and usable space. We cooked two meals a day for our three night stay and found the kitchen more than adequate.

  • Great location !

    4 of 5

Place was very clean and quaint. Quite small but we didn't spend much time in the place. Hot tub was a nice added bonus after walking all day. Great location to town about a 3 minute walk. Owner was very easy to deal with by email.

  • Cozy, clean, convenient!

    5 of 5

This location is perfect for a couple traveling together! The space is smallish but extremely cozy and clean. Everything that you would need for a short stay is there and there is a great-looking (but small) kitchen, which we did not use at all. It is walking distance from the Hyatt resort that is just at the "Y," which is where Hwy. 179 intersects with Hwy. 89, and the mall that is there. As such, you can also walk to other attractions at the "Y." There is a lovely outside patio for sitting and drinking your coffee in the morning and also a hot tub, but we did not use that (a little too chilly when we were there). Communication with Debra was easy (mostly through text) and she made sure that we knew exactly how to get there and get in. Thanks! We had a wonderful stay and a great time in Sedona.

  • Great location, place and host, would definitely recommend this place!

    5 of 5

Debra was a great host. Communication was on point, and her place was impeccable when we arrived. The place itself was charming, and had everything you may need during your stay: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, plates, utensils, etc. She even made some toiletries available just in case we needed them. The location is perfect, a short walk to everything uptown Sedona has to offer. I read some reviews stating the place was small, but I found it to be more than adequate. I would definitely recommend this place for a Sedona visit.

  • Cute little getaway

    5 of 5

We chose this property for a few main reasons: the price, the hot tub, and the location. Overall our stay here was great. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and down to Oak Creek for drinks. At the same time, the property is nice and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Debra was accommodating and gave us her personal recommendations for restaurants and hikes in the area when we met with her. She was responsive to texts and calls and the property was clean and comfortable. We would love to come back again!

  • Great little spot in Sedona!

    5 of 5

My husband and I spent three nights is this cute little place close to everything Sedona. It has everything you might need after a day of activities. The red rocks are right out the window (what a view) and a short drive to hiking Slide Rock. Great restaurants in the area too. DO NOT MISS INDIAN GARDENS CAFE!

  • Wonderfully Refreshing

    5 of 5

To be very clear, my partner and I both enjoyed our stay greatly and will absolutely stay again. We found Debra, the owner, very accommodating, helpful, trustworthy, un-intrusive, and she was a pleasure to work with for our vacation. That said a few notes to others to just be mindful of when booking the unit... the unit is very small, perhaps even slightly smaller than a standard hotel room. This is fine just be prepared for small and take advantage of the outdoor space to extend your living area. This space is absolutely limited to 2 people maximum. I liked to imagine our stay as a training video for living in one of those tiny houses you see on TV. And speaking of TVs, there is not one. Again, this is not a bad thing and we actually relished the opportunity of not getting sucked into turning a TV on just because it was there. Otherwise, it met all our needs and then some. Uptown Sedona was a very easy walk, hiking was just down the road or a short drive, beautiful scenery is everywhere you look, and the Jacuzzi was a real treat after a long day. It even came with friendly cat (Milo) who liked to demand attention in the early evenings. Given the very reasonable rates compared to other Sedona rooms and hotels, this is an absolute steal for one person or a couple. We will definitely be returning.

This little cottage was the perfect get away for two. It is centrally located and an easy walk from the town itself! It decorated with artistic care and had everything we needed for a three day stay! Hope to return in the near future! Thank You, Debra!!

  • Relaxing spot to come "home" to after exploring Sedona!

    5 of 5

This cute house was perfect for our weekend getaway to Sedona. We weren't home much, so we it was really just for sleeping and relaxing in the hot tub after some hikes! We could walk down to the downtown area of Sedona within 5 minutes. The kitchen had some basic cooking items-which we didn't end up using since we ate out most of our stay, but was nice to have available if we wanted to cook a meal. There are two rooms, an eat-in kitchen and the bedroom. There was music, books, extra blankets, etc. We stayed in mid November, so it was quite chilly at night...but there was an electric heater that warmed the place up very quickly. Wifi worked great. Bathroom has a walk in shower, soap, shampoo, hair dryer...and everything was all very clean. The hot tub was easy to work and private, perfect to unwind at night. The light over the hot tub was a bit finicky but we were fine using our cell phone to get out there and Debra offered to bring a flashlight over. Debra was quick to respond to our needs/questions and had some great recommendations for a nice dinner out in the area. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for your hospitality Debra!

  • Great spot with a jacuzzi and centrally located

    5 of 5

House was clean and had some basic amenities for our use that a lot of places make you buy even though you will only use a tiny bit. Jacuzzi worked great and was awesome after long hikes! The house is very basic, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen with dining table. It was perfect for us, we just really weren't at the house all that much. More a place we ate, slept, got cleaned up, and relaxed in between the other stuff we were doing. It is just a couple blocks to Uptown Sedona, and was definitely nice to be able to walk to restaurants and stuff because it takes FOREVER to drive anyplace most of the time around there. The owner was great and very helpful advising us about some things to do and places to eat! Definitely would recommend this home!!

  • Near everything but still away from it all

It was nice to be so close to Uptown and yet away from the hustle and bustle of It all. Not to worry about a parking spot, noisy neighbors, yet having all the comforts of home was awesome. Definitely glad we booked with Debra.

  • Cozy, Comfortable, Clean, Quiet and great location

    5 of 5

This was our first vacation trip to Arizona. We needed a base for our day trips out. The Sedona Historic Inn met our needs perfectly. We arrived late, left early each morning, walked 3 blocks to main street shopping and dining. Jeep ride in red rocks, West fork hikes, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon - did a lot in a few days. Perfect for a couple. Debra sent texts to us to assure all was well. All good.

I have to say to the ones that didn't like or didn't approve there stay. Well I'm not spoiled and this is a home that is like any other home inviting or not it's a 10 for me. You live once and you enjoy every experience. Not to pic at all the little things. If that's the case you will stay in a million dollar place. And you should not complain at all. but I'm sure there is people that will find a little things wrong. Well the best place in Sedona. My opinion, I enjoyed the natural beauty. I'll be back !! That's for sure.

  • Very cozy and quiet retreat

    5 of 5

Great location right in the center of town just a couple blocks up from the main road. This is a guest house off of the main, but it is very private with it's own patio, grill and Jacuzzi. The house was perfect for our getaway! Very clean and well appointed. Debra was very helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time and would encourage others to experience this cozy inn. We'll for sure be back!
