  • Overall, nice place

    4 of 5

We enjoyed our week in Tempe. Unit as stated is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the complex, so you have to climb stairs. Wasn’t an issue for us. Also make note that the televisions have basic local channels and HBO. Was a little disappointing that they didn’t have ESPN or some of the other sports channels. The unit was in good shape. Walls are thin - can hear the tv from the neighbors condo and also hear the guitar player on the other side. It wasn’t too loud, so we were able to ignore it. It was also nice and quiet at night. The unit has everything you need and was clean. I liked that they kept spare things in the cabinets like light bulbs. The one in the walk in closet was burned out and I was able to replace it. You can’t beat the location if you are there for ASU. We were visiting our daughter for parents weekend, so it was nice and close. One last comment - be cautious when parking in the reserved covered spot. Someone backed into our rental car since it’s a little tight. You may want to back into the stall instead so you can be sure to back in far enough. I would recommend to others.

  • A Perfect Place to Stay Near the University

    5 of 5

We were at ASU for the week putting on an opera and this lovely condo fit our needs perfectly. It was close to the university; even within walking distance if it wasn't too hot. Plenty of great restaurants close by and close to public transportation. The unit itself was well appointed and extremely clean. A very easy place for 2 couples to be together. It was just like in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again.

  • Great place to stay!

    5 of 5

Talk about easy peasy! This condo is so close to everything for graduation, it worked out great. It was so nice to have some living space instead of being cramped into a hotel room together. Plenty of towels and other basic needs. Everything was clean and perfect. Very easy to find and also easy to check in. Thank you!

  • Great location! Good for visiting ASU or Phoenix at large.

    5 of 5

A clean and surprisingly quiet condo to stay in for a quick trip to ASU. It'd be great for visiting parents. Only thing to note is that both bathrooms are upstairs so if those are difficult for anyone to navigate, that might become a tad cumbersome.

  • The whole experience was fantastic!

    5 of 5

First of all, there was wonderful communication with Sarah. She responded immediately to any questions or concerns. Her condo was in a perfect location in the Valley! Very central to everywhere we wanted to be. Great brewery, with fabulous food (Four Peaks) a short walk away! So CLEAN! Nicely stocked kitchen and a nice large-screen TV where we watched our Eagles win the Super Bowl! We’d definitely stay again, when back in the area!

  • Location Location Location!

    5 of 5

Sooo close to light rail! Park your car and take the light rail everywhere! I was even able to walk to the starting line of the Rock n Roll Arizona Half Marathon ! The day after the half I walked to Mill Ave and explored all of the great shops and restaurants. The steps in the unit were a bit challenging to my almost 80 year old parents but we made the best of it! We even rented Grid Bikes right down the street for a trip to Tempe Town Lake! Great place Great loca8!

  • ASU grad trip

    5 of 5

Lemon Street retreat was a great spot to spend our time in Tempe while our son graduated from ASU. The condo is very clean, beds were very comfortable and the location is very close to campus, mill ave restaurant and bars, the airport. Walking distance to a great neighborhood brewery(Four Peaks Brewing co). We definitely recommend! And Sarah is very easy to work with! Thank you for sharing your property with us.

  • Great. Clean and well maintained.

    5 of 5

The condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with cutlery and gadgets. The only suggestion we could make is to add a pressure cooker. The living room had a very nice TV and a sofa set. The upstairs had two bedrooms and these were well furnished. There was a TV in the master bedroom. Over all the stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

  • Comfortable home, quiet place to find rest and relaxation after a day at ASU Karsten Golf Course

    5 of 5

Thank you Sarah for your warm hospitality at the "Lemon Street Retreat". My son and I enjoyed our stay; I appreciate your attention to details far above what a hotel can offer. We travel often for my son's golf tournaments and he needs a comfortable place to rest and unwind during long days. ASU Karsten Golf Course is just minutes away. Rather than eat out every morning, having a kitchen allowed me to cook homemade breakfast before early tee times. Thank you for your prompt and great service too!

  • Great Location, Condo is Better than Shown, Excellent Owner, Excellent Ammenities

    5 of 5

If you are looking for a nice, clean, modern home away from home while in the Phoenix Area, especially for ASU parental stays, close to Sky Harbor airport (but not under the flight path) with access to the greater Phoenix, Tempe and surrounding areas including - Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, Tucson, Mogollon Rim, Mexico, Sedona, Sonoran Desert - even a jaunt to Southern California, YOU WOULD BE MISSING-OUT IF YOU DO NOT TO consider this great place to stay in a great location, with an excellent, helpful owner - only if you want/need it of course. Issue free, hassle free, a great VRBO/Home-Away condo rental experience and would definitely stay here again. If you are traveling with Family (up to 4 or even 6 if smaller) this is a 'must consider' property. The property and support from the owner exceeded any expectations I had using VRBO for the 1st time. Two Story Condo with Two full bedrooms/baths, 1 in bathroom in the Master, covered parking, this has privacy for adults while not being too far (or close) to the kids / or other couple. Updated/Modern appliances throughout and close access to ASU office areas if needed. A really nice, clean, condo right in Tempe close to everything!

  • Beautiful condo. Private balcony, great location, has everything you need.

    4 of 5

This condo is neat, clean, has everything you need and a private balcony. It is on the blue bus route (which is free) that takes you to many places. The condo is within walking distance of some very nice restaurants, a brewery, and a grocery store. If we come to Tempe again we would enjoy staying at Sarah's condo again.

  • Incredible hospitality.

    5 of 5

Having used VRBO properties a number of times, I can say unequivocally that Sarah has the best organized setup that I've experienced. She goes the extra mile for her guests (and you feel like a guest at her property). She has an extensive amount of local information compiled in a binder and even provides local supermarket discount cards. There are a lot of staples in the condo, so it's a good idea to take an inventory prior to grocery shopping. When Sarah discovered that we were in Tempe to spend Christmas with our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter, she decorated the condo, to include a small lighted tree. Our GD was thrilled every time she came to visit. The location works well for shopping, restaurants and local attractions. Light rail and bus stops are very close and Lyft and Über were never more than 5 minutes away. If we are able to make this trip again, this is our first choice. The condo was spotless and the furniture was very comfortable.

  • Perfect IMAN AZ Retreat

    5 of 5

The condo was a fantastic home base for first trip to AZ for IMAN AZ. Location was ideal for getting to all of the action at Tempe Beach either via Transit or quickly via car. The amenities within the condo were great. Beds were fantastic! Made pre-race sleeping ideal. Condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for 4 adults. The owner, Sarah was amazing to work with. Sarah thought of all of the details and ensured our stay was awesome! Would highly recommend the condo to anyone visiting the Tempe area.

  • We're hoping to return

    5 of 5

This condo was everything we needed for a weekend for two couples. It is close to the light rail, easy to drive to from wherever you wanted to go. Sarah does not overlook any details in making your stay as comfortable as it can be.

  • Great little retreat

    5 of 5

This was a great spot to be! My husband and I were in town for my first Ironman 70.3 race. We were less than 2 miles from the venue which was great for an early race start. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed...including a bath to soak my aching muscles! Sarah was great from the start. She checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and got back to me within 24 hours anytime I had questions. We will definitely be back to either race next year or to enjoy the college town.
