Spacious, clean, comfortable, affordable. Overall great place. Only suggestions, put WiFi code on island. I found it buried in the guest book. No kcups for the Keurig, so I had to run to Walmart and was behind. Guesroom bed wasn´t very comfortable. But like I said, these are small things. The property and Robert the owner are great!!!

Conveniently located near groceries, restaurant s, etc. Plenty of space for the whole family, super clean, comfortable beds, games. A real home away from home!! Will come back!!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this home. It was very clean, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever had while traveling. The host was very gracious and provided extras for our stay; water, breakfast cereal. It was so kind since we arrived late at night. I would recommend this home highly.

We stayed at Bob's house for 4 days. It was lovely. Bob called us a few times prior to our visit making sure that we have everything we could possibly need for our stay. The house is beautiful, the back yard is very green and relaxing and the dogs loved it. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were the softest I have ever felt. The washer/ dryer was top of the line. The house is located near all different kinds of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Arizona.

We had a perfect time from beginning to end! It started out by entering the home to see an extremely clean and modern decorated home. As we went to put away some items in the refrigerator, there were a few items for us to start our stay, to our surprise. It was very helpful! The home is in a perfect location if you are visiting family or friends near the area. There was plenty of room for all of us. The home is close to shopping and eateries as well as easy access to surrounding areas. Bob was a great host and just a phone call or text away. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting. Thank you so much!!

We stayed in this home with a group of friends over the weekend and really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and comfortable for our group. Bob was a great host and was very helpful. The area is nice and quiet but also nearby to a lot of good restaurants and things to do!

Excellent house with easy access to many attractions and events. Very clean; owner Bob stayed in touch with before and after stay. Upstairs bedrooms (and very nice bathrooms) were perfect for our family. Enjoyed the 4K Apple TV. Bob's associate, Ashlie, stopped by to see if we had any needs. If your looking for a place to stay, STOP here. This is the place for you. The home is beautiful. It has a modern look inside out. Nice backyard and quiet Neighborhood. I have stayed in several HomeAway properties and by far this is the best one. Many properties make you feel like you staying at a relatives house because the property has too much stuff. This home is perfectly decorated and doesn´t take that vacation feeling away from you. Two Thumbs Up. Book it now, Before I do!

We again enjoyed our visit to Tempe! A very comfortable house, just what we needed. Close to spring training games and other activities. Very easy to work with the owner!

The home for 3 evenings was the residence for 3 couples who on average were about 70 years of age. All of the bedrooms were upstairs and were manageable by the guests, but care was taken. We ate out and in but did not cook any meals in the home. There are restaurants nearby and we went to Walmart for coffee pods, drinks, towels and disposables (though the kitchen was well supplied) There was enough room for us to sit around and visit (which we did); we moved chairs in and out of the dining area to accommodate us as needed. It was Spring Training during our visit so inventory of homes was low and prices were high. We were pleased to have found this nice home and it worked well for our Reunion.

The place was very nice and had most of the amenities we needed. The owner was also very nice and took care of all my questions immediately.

My two brothers and I selected this home for our annual February trip to the Phoenix area. We were delighted with the home and the area in which it is located. It provides easy and quick access to the airport and to all of our needs. The enclosed back yard with a patio and grill was a delight. (Two of us live in Wisconsin, so we thoroughly enjoyed having an evening glass of wine on the patio.) Beds were comfortable. WIFI worked well. Multiple TV options are available, but we only turned on the TV once in the five days that we were there. The owner was helpful and friendly. (All we needed was the access code and the garbage schedule.) All we lacked were a cutting board and wine glasses which we purchased and donated to the property. Thanks Bob. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our visit to Tempe. The home was well equipped for cooking, plenty of nice quality towels, and very comfortable beds. The. location was handy to grocery stores, fast food and easy access to Spring Training games. We would definitely return to this location!
