Very clean and beautiful cottage right in old town Cottonwood. If you haven't been, you should check it out. The owner was very helpful and quick to reply!

I rented Cottonwood Cottage for a special getaway to celebrate my Dad´s 82nd birthday and it was a terrific choice. My parents and I loved everything about the cottage... very clean, nicely furnished, great kitchen, comfy beds, large bathroom, bright interior with loads of windows, nice outdoor seating areas, and a fantastic location. It´s a quick walk downtown for dinner/shopping, and an equally quick drive up to Jerome for First Saturday Art Walk. Dead Horse Ranch State Park is also less than a 5 minute drive and well worth a visit with it´s picturesque trails through towering forests of cottonwood trees along the Verde River as well as around three large lagoons with wetlands and expansive views. We also discovered that the foot path which leaves from the end of 5th St just past the cottage connects directly to the "Jail Trail” and can also connect to trails at the state park via a 15 to 20 min walk. I definitely recommend Cottonwood Cottage and hope to stay there again!

The Cottonwood Cottage was just right for our needs as a family of three visiting the northern Arizona area. It is well located, quaint, and quiet. It met our needs and it was well kept and clean. It was a cozy place to come back to once tired from our daily adventures.

The house is perfect for a famiily or a couple. It´s just a few blocks from downtown Cottonwood so easy to walk to. It has a fenced yard which is great if you want to bring your pet along. The house was clean and had all of the amenities you would need.

Cottonwood Cottage is adorable, very clean and had all the amenities (and more!) that we needed. The area is quiet and we appreciated being in walking distance to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Nic´s Steak and Crab House. Everyone in the Cottonwood area was friendly and welcoming! Location was perfect for us. Constance was helpful and responsive with our reservation. We would return to Cottonwood Cottage without hesitation.

Terrific small home in Old Town Cottonwood. Nicely decorated, kitchen completely equipped including spices, coffee, water, and a bottle of wine for our arrival. Fenced yard for our dog, shaded front porch for sitting outside and waving at the walkers that stroll by, outbuildings in back decorated with metal collections and creative sculptures. Very close to many shops and restaurants in Old Town. The small town has extremely courteous, friendly folks. Good access to Sedona and Jerome as well as Cornville, Clarkdale, and Camp Verde.

This little house was perfect for our weekend get-away. Not only was it well furnished but there was wine on the counter and bottles of water in the refrigerator. All communications from the owner were helpful and friendly.

We absolutely loved our time here! It is so close to downtown Cottonwood, we walked everywhere! Great restaurants and lots of wine tasting rooms! The house is very well put together, clean, and welcoming! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

The Cottonwood Cottage certainly checked all our boxes: Clean, quiet, well appointed and well stocked. So well stocked we prepared a lovely Thanksgiving feast courtesy of provisions gathered from the local Safeway. Cottonwood is a great location too. A super cute town with a charming Main Street (be sure to dine at the Red Rooster) that is centrally located to all the sites in the area. While we love the Sedona scenery, the town is just a bit too big and busy (now) for our tastes. Being from LA we wanted something slow and quiet and we certainly found it in Cottonwood. The owner, Constance is easy to work with and super responsive. With all the options for accommodations I've never returned to the same place twice, but I have a feeling I'll be staying at the Cottonwood Cottage again.

We had a wonderful stay in Cottonwood Cottage. I´ve never seen a property so thoughtfully stocked with everything one could need. The mattresses and pillows were top notch as were the furnishings and appliances. We could walk into old Cottonwood, and the town was very easy to navigate. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our girls weekend stay in Cottonwood was really enhanced by our stay at the cottage. Conveniently located, perfect short walk into downtown Main Street shops, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms. The cottage was very clean, comfy beds and well stocked with any kitchen equipment needed. Adorable back patio. Wish we could have enjoyed the porch and patio more but Hurricane Sergio brought rain through much of our Saturday. The welcome bottle of wine and binder full of local activity information was especially nice. Our host was easy to deal with during booking and answered any questions of mine quickly. Highly recommend the cottage and looking forward to another stay here in the future.

The cottage was very clean and fully equipped. The location was very close to the main street of Cottonwood. We were able to bring our Pug with us and he enjoyed the fenced yard.

Finding a good sized, fair priced place to stay is not easy over Memorial Day weekend and near the Grand Canyon! The Cottage was perfect for my family and I to have a home base for our adventures in Northern AZ. It had enough towels and blankets and utensils. We recommend this place to anybody who has a small family and knows that hotel rooms are a headache! Thanks again!!

My wife and I have done all the wine tasting trips in both northern and southern Arizona but we hadn't stayed in the Old Town Cottonwood area before so thought it was time. This place is a very nice place for an Old Town base. Easy walking distance to the restaurants and wine tasting and also a great fenced in yard for our pups. Thanks!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Cottonwood Cottage. It was perfect for the two of us and I could easily see it working for a small family as well. Constance was a pleasure to work with, the home was clean and well maintained with clear instructions. We loved the numeric door lock and not having to wonder if we had a key as we left the house. The AC works very well, there are ceiling fans in all of the rooms to keep you cool, and the kitchen is very easy to work in. Thanks for a great weekend away!

Nice little house on a quiet street just a few blocks from Main Street and all the shops, wine tasting and restaurants. Good location for the Verde Canyon Railway, kayaking on the Verde, Sedona, Jerome and Tuzigoot. More laid back than staying in Sedona.

This lovely cottage is perfectly located near some great restaurants and amazing scenery! The kitchen had everything I needed - the beds were very comfortable - and the living space was great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Don´t change a thing - this really is the perfect getaway!

This home is clean, comfortable and thoughtfully renovated. Cute outdoor spaces. Neighborhood feels safe. Cool to watch what I think were vultures roost in a tree in front of the property. Within easy walking distance to charming Old Town Cottonwood area. Perfect location for many, many AZ explores. I would highly recommend this home and would happily stay again. Small word of caution: Meticulous home owners have high expectations of their guests. Your damage deposit WILL be docked at the owner's discretion. Mysterious damage identified to a table after our stay cost us $50 extra. But I'm telling you: It was still worth it. :)

The property was located near Old Town Cottonwood and allowed us to walk to the Main Street. The property was also on a quiet street that had little traffic. We had 3 people traveling and we fit comfortably.

From the time I tried to reserve the property, secure the dates and commit to traveling from Washington State to stay in Cottonwood, on our way to Winslow AZ... the process was flawless. The house is very neat, comfortable and well stocked with everything someone would need, including coffee, ( which I forgot.) We walked a few blocks upon our evening arrival, everything was in order, as promised. We found place around the corner with very good food and service, and would recommend a stay in this Charming, Vintage Cottage to a friend, anytime. The neighborhood was quiet, and felt safe & welcoming. Hope to visit again one day. Thank you ~ to Constance and her team, as it was an important trip, and I was relieved to have such a nice, clean place to stay! Cheers ! Daine

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The cottage is totally refurbished and very comfortable. It was very clean, which is probably what I´m most picky about. It´s in a little older residential neighborhood but there is a great restaurant right on the corner and a bunch of shops and restaurants and wine tasting within short walking distance. The cottage is also close to Jerome and Sedona for fun day trips.

We were back again this year for another extended stay in Connie's place. We couldn't ask for a cleaner or better appointed spot. Nor could we ask for better people and hosts than Connie and her parents, Mike and Victoria. Whether it was our regular walks downtown, local sightseeing, or frequent trips to Flag to be with our grandson, it was always a comfort to come "home" to the cottage. Thanks, again, Connie, Mike, and Victoria!
