Living room features a reclining love-seat and a 35 inch smart TV. Split layout: master bed/bath at the rear, spare bed/bath at the front. Both baths feature walk-in showers: shower in master has built-in seats and extra-long shower hose.

Queen-sized bed in the master and wall-to-wall closet space. The day bed in the spare room can be used as two twins or a king-sized bed. The spare room can also be set up as your computer room.

Home has a full-size washer & dryer stacked laundry combo, all major appliances, propane BBQ, and a screened room complete with comfy wicker patio furniture to enjoy those warm Arizona days. All housewares, kitchenware and linens are supplied.

Monthly rental rate includes utilities (except for phone), basic Internet and DISH. For weekly rentals, TV has a digital antenna for access to local channels and Internet and DISH can be included for shorter stays at additional charge. WIFI is accessible both within the home and in the screened room.
