A great location to get to any event in the valley. The condo was very clean with all the confronts of home. Brad & Rochelle were very easy to work with and were very helpful with solving a internet/TV problem. A great range of shopping and restaurants near the condo if you should choose to dine out. I would recommend staying here.

My extended stay in Desert Ridge was simply delightful. This two bedroom condo is roomy, comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped. The location is super providing easy access to Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Cave Creek destinations. I'll be returning to this Phoenix area gem!

We loved the area, location to other venues, shopping, grocery, easy access to highway and Mayo. The owners were very kind, sincere, and available at any time. The village pool and outdoor living areas were well taken care of and everything felt safe and secure. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a stay in the area.

This property has received so many outstanding reviews that it's difficult to find additional superlatives to express our appreciation for the six weeks we made the Rudnick condo our home in Phoenix/Scottsdale. We've stayed in many HomeAway properties all over the world, and this one easily becomes the gold standard of what a HomeAway experience should be. We've spent up to $200 on missing items in other rentals just to meet our minimal living requirements. Here we had everything we needed to live in comfort and luxury. (Well, we did buy a wooden spoon, which we'll leave in the drawer for whoever is next!) Brad responded immediately to the one or two questions we had during our stay--congenial, supportive, accessible and responsive. And don't let the summer heat in Phoenix discourage you from renting the Rudnick condo: There's plenty to do in the area to beat the heat. Many thanks, Brad!

The condo is very well maintained and the owners are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay so much that we reserved for next March. The kitchen is well supplied. Even though there are neighbors above and beside, our unit was quiet. It was nice to have a desk and printer.

My husband and I absolutely love Arizona and the Rudnick´s home was the perfect location for us. Accommodations were excellent and such a convenient location. They were amazing with all questions answered promptly and checking to ensure that we had a fabulous time. Yes we are planning to return in 2019!

We just spent a month in this beautiful condo. The location is close to everything, and has really close access to major freeways to entire valley. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the valley of the sun

We have leased this condo second time. Each time for a period of 1 month. We were impressed with the owners care to make us feel at home. The condo was clean and well maintained. Condo was equipped with every need that we had. The owners are pleasant to deal with, and we are looking forward to stay again.

I loved the location of this condo with easy access on/off the 101 and close to Desert Ridge Marketplace. The grounds are very nice and the pool a great place to hang out. The condo itself was nicely equipped in the kitchen and just recently had new carpet installed in the bedrooms. Owners were very quick to answer questions and respond to emails and calls.

We had a great time and were less than a mile from our son and his family. Relaxing with a couple minor problems, Brad and Rochelle were on top of them in hours. We were comfy and quiet. Everything we needed was there and ready to use. Very nice in this area. We always like heading to Old Town Scottsdale, Cave Creek (Bryans BBQ) and Carefree for rides, shops and lunch. No shortage of restaurants Busy at times but close to everything. Use caution entering and exiting the garage....It was close. Brad and Rochelle were just super and we had the pleasure of meeting them. You can't go wrong staying here. Thanks for having us. Chuck and Kathy

Our condo at The Villages at Aviano at Desert Ridge was very enjoyable. This Condo was nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and convienent to everything within the Phoenix area. The owners were very easy and accomidating to work with. We would highly recommend planning to spend time visiting this area and staying in this Condo. My wife an I really enjoyed our stay at Desert ridge the location is great with all the shopping needed at a short distance from the condo. The unit is very comfortable and well stock with all you need. Brad and Rochelle were very helpful to make our stay enjoyable.

This was our first extended stay in Phoenix, after having vacationed there many times, we knew the area. Staying in this condo provided all of the conveniences of home, was super comfortable and we loved the way the kitchen was stocked! Brad & Rochelle are extremely great with communication if we needed anything. Beds are super cozy and the condo is beautifully decorated! All in all - we LOVED our stay there :)

Aviano is a beautiful setting and we were so glad to find this condo available. It is very close to our family in Phoenix but the proximity to the Shops at Desert Ridge and restaurants was great for Christmas shopping. It is also a quick drive to Paradise Valley Mall for more shopping and dining. We always enjoy the variety of restaurants and quaint shops in Cave Creek and Carefree which are easy access from Aviano. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious. It was the perfect floor plan for us and our granddaughter.
